I have been through this establishment for over a year now. I am very happy with the results. Although I did not diet or change my habits; the workouts have been visible to my friends and family. I was going to get an arm lift; several doctors advised against it; but with only 32 sessions, I have rebuilt my arms more firm and sporty muscular by attending 2 sessions per week. I love my trainer Kyle. She's always responsive to my texts. It never seems like a workout. It's always about what my plan? By the time I talk about my plan the sessions are over. Super easy and worth every penny. I signed up for another 32 sessions, because this time, i'm combining diet and extra walks for better results. I wish you had a closer location. I'd do the sessions everyday. 20 minutes ONLY!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve felt so safe here during the pandemic. Super clean and sanitary but that’s only the beginning! The instructors are all super knowledgeable and smart! This is the most efficient workout I’ve ever had. I’ve been going for a year now and can’t say enough great things about Lightning Fit. I usually work with Neil who’s just amazing, fun to work with and so nice!

I don’t enjoy working out and never understood how people can actually look forward to working out. However, ever since I have joined Lightening Fit, I actually do look forward to getting my 25 minute workout. Only 25 minutes!!! Twice a week? I can do that! I am pushed to my limits and feel it all over my body when I walk out that’s when I know it works! Love working with my trainer Chris. Great way to get fit with less work.

I can't say enough positive things about Lightning Fit. Would reccomend that everyone try this EMS workout at least 3x. Working out with Jenn L (Brentwood) has changed my body and my approach to working out. The suit works. After 4 workouts I have started to slim down and my muscles are looking more defined. I also have lost 5 lbs without changing my diet or my other workouts (I work out 3x a week with a trainer).

This amazing EMS workout is absolutely the best, most effective and efficient way to get in and stay in shape. While the cost is no more than traditional personal training sessions, you get it done in half the time! Ask for Chris at the Dana Point location. Love this work out! If you had a choice between a trainer and this this definitely is more bang for your buck! each 20 minute workout is equivalent to 3 days of work out in the gym and you are working out all of your body parts instead of just a certain area and it works about much deeper than your gym workout can do it! my favorite trainer is Joe and he's in the Costa Mesa and sometimes Dana point location.

I'm currently 36 years old and have been working out since I was 14. I've done pretty much every type of weight training, cardio, boxing and cycling class out there. I have never experienced anything that achieves impressive results in a short amount of time like Lightening Fit. Over the past 2 months, I've gone to one 30-minute class per week and done basically no other workouts and have lost inches off my waist while gaining a lot of muscle. I highly recommend Lightening Fit if you are a busy person who is looking for serious results with minimal time investment. Try it a few times, you will not be disappointed.

Lightning Fit is amazing. If you're reading this to consider whether or not to try it – just do it. I am 6'4 and have always weighed around 165 lbs. I used to lie actually and claim 175 when people asked because it was a point of embarrassment. No matter how or how much I ate or exercised it was incredibly difficult for me to gain weight or muscle, and even more difficult to keep anything I gained. I stumbled upon Lightning Fit and decided to commit to doing it twice a week. After ten sessions I had gained 20 lbs. of muscle and have since gained ten more. I now weigh about 195 lbs.
The trainers are all incredibly knowledgeable about exercise/health/fitness. They are also very friendly and talking to them makes the exercise (which is already less than an hour) go by rather quickly.
Guy or girl, young or old, fit or not -- this process works. The trainers will explain the science but there’s no heavy weights, complicated machines, or age-sensitive rapidity required. Instead a machine is used to stimulate your muscles at an adjustable intensity causing them to contract and become their own resistance. Essentially your body and muscles get bigger/stronger by working against themselves. But unlike other bodyweight training you can see results with a little less than 2 hours a week for 4.5 weeks.
It can also increase the strength of injured muscles that cannot be worked with traditional methods. My mother has had a bad back for most of my life and was never able to strengthen it since the exercises required to do so would only further injure the affected areas. She tried several different things for 25 years. She’s been using lightning fit for almost a year and now she can run, bend, move, and live pain free.
You will be sore for a few days after the first session. Probably more sore than you’ve ever been. But this is a one-time occurrence that will fade in a few days. The benefits however will continue to compound long after.
