LightUP Fitness is an exercise class that incorporates strength training, mat pilates, and yoga with great music and fun energy. In this one hour class you will build muscle, stabilize your core and increase your mobility. It's a work-out created to meet all your fitness needs at once and help you achieve your wellness goals.

LightUp has been one of the best workouts I’ve experienced in all my years of taking classes, joining gyms, and working with personal trainers. It is a perfect blend of cardio, weights and pilates. Lisa brings an energy to class that brings out the best in all of us in class. It's a great workout and a fabulous community!

I'd give Lisa more stars if I could. I have been exercising at LightUp for over two years consistency. LightUp is the perfect blend to workout my whole body. There are little snippets of cardio, weight training, yoga, Pilates, mobility training, balance, and stretching. Yes, she fits it all into one hour. Lisa has funny quips throughout class, fixes your form, and puts her whole heart into making you feel good. Her enthusiastic energy and positive talk leave me feeling filled up to start my day.
