LINC Fitness is owned and run by an occupational therapist, women's fitness specialist, and NASM certified personal trainer. With a background in fitness and healthcare we know exactly how to assess your needs and collaborate with you to set measurable and attainable goals. We use customized fitness programming to promote good form and function through HIIT Workouts, Strength & Conditioning, Cardio and Core work. We provide the support and education you need to work hard and stay accountable for achieving your goals through virtual and in person sessions.

Lindsay is great. I was in a total slump, having not worked out in some time. We have lots of exercise equipment at home that I wasn't super comfortable using, I felt weak and unbalanced, was having knee problems, etc. Lindsay did careful assessments, knew just how much to push me, and gradually started getting me feeling more fit and confident. My balance improved, my knee pain resolved with increased muscle, and I started to enjoy being more active. I became more confident using the equipment we owned with the goal of working out on my own. In addition, I always enjoyed chatting with Lindsay and exploring new music. I highly recommend her!

Looking for a trainer that gets you? Lindsay is able to expertly assess your current fitness level and then works with you on monthly achievable goals. The feeling you get when you achieve these reasonable goals gives you the motivation to continue to strive for more advanced goals. I can't say enough good things about Lindsay. I knew I needed a routine and an accountability partner to start achieving my fitness goals, and there were lots of places I could go. Lindsay drew my attention because as an Occupational Therapist (OT) she's highly trained and I knew I could trust she would create a workout that met me where I am physically.
Now that I've been working with her for some time, I can say that I got MUCH more than I expected, and everything I didn't know I needed. First, she meets me where I am. In the past, if I had a workout scheduled and my back was in pain, my instinct would be to cancel. Now I know when I go and see her we will adapt the planned workout so that I still getting a full body workout that meets me where I am.
When I get frustrated - whether it's due to pain, low energy, or whatever has my head not in it, I know that she'll be my biggest cheerleader while still pushing me, meeting me where I am and helping me not to mentally fight it. I can't NOT exceed my goals when I have Lindsay in my corner! You know that your well being is the most important thing - get Lindsay in your corner now!

Recently I realized that middle age isn’t doing me any favors, and wishful thinking isn’t making me any fitter. So I decided to find a personal trainer. I saw some recommendations for Lindsay (LINC Fitness) and decided to reach out. I’m so glad I did! I’ve been training for 3 months now, and I’m feeling stronger, leaner, and my posture is improving. Lindsay is very personable, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable about fitness. She specializes in women over 40, and has a background in occupational therapy, so she knows how to give special attention to (or avoid aggravating) problem areas. I usually hate exercising, but Lindsay makes it enjoyable and knows how to customize my workout and challenge me just enough. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!

We first had a consultation where she patiently listened to the aches and pains I’ve accumulated over the years. Lindsay is an amazing personal trainer! Over the past couple years I gained some weight and was unmotivated to lose it. When Lindsay came along, I felt she gave me the strength and dedication to pursue a healthier lifestyle. Lindsay created a personalized workout program for myself. I have been working out with Lindsay for a few months. In these few months, I have noticed a considerable improvement in my range of motion, overall fitness level, stamina, and strength.
