Listen to Your Body Fitness w/ Lee is a holistic, integrated approach to 1-1 Personal Training. With multiple specialties, Lee is a nonbinary fitness instructor who assesses each client according to their goals and needs and designs individual programs to help them achieve their highest potential. Lee understands that everyone and every body is different and approaches with a warm and encouraging coaching style that helps inspire others, no matter where they're starting from. With the mantra, 'Listen to Your Body,' Lee is a very firm believer in that YOU know your body better than anyone else, and will help you find your autonomy in your fitness routine. Lee holds a NASM CPT, AFAA GFI, and is a NASM-certified Nutrition Coach.

lee has completely transformed our lives with partnered personal training sessions. they are a great trainer that works so well with injuries or personal struggles with exercise and will gently lead you into the world of strengthening, postural fixes and so much more! cannot recommend their services enough, it’s been such a big game changer for my partner and i. thank you, lee!!!

Where to even start: Lee changed my life for the better. I was really struggling to get back into a routine and not feeling great about my body at all. I had a previous trainer who was so focused on body building that I bulked up instead of toning and just wanting to feel strong - mentally and physically. Lee heard what I was asking for and exceeded what I thought I’d be capable of doing. Now I’m back in my routine, enjoying exercise and even having fun?!
Lee is just the best and I will 10/10 recommend them to anyone and everyone. I appreciated that every session with Lee and that they changed it up every time we worked out together. And that’s because Lee tailors the workout to you and your needs and where you’re at. I even had a few days where I had some physical health issues but didn’t want it to deter me and Lee met me where I was at and helped keep me moving. Also Lee does classes at the gym too so I know that they’re not too far when I’m done working 1:1 with them.

Lee is fantastic to work with! I decided to work with Lee after loving their classes at the gym. From the beginning I felt very safe and comfortable and the workouts are very tailored to my specific needs and goals. I've been working with them for about two months and I feel more connected to my body than I have in a long time. They listen to my needs and reactions, and I'm learning to listen more to my own body as well. Plus, they are incredibly kind, generous, and hilarious. I couldn't recommend Lee more!

From day one, they took the time to get to know me--not just my fitness goals, but also my lifestyle, past injuries, and what truly motivates me. Since I sit at a desk a lot, they even tailor my workouts to include stretches and exercises that strengthen my lower back, which has made a huge difference in how I feel day to day. Their deep knowledge of fitness and movement ensures that every session is both effective and safe, and they always challenge me just the right amount to keep me progressing.
Beyond our personal training sessions, Lee also teaches group classes that kick my butt every week--and somehow, they go by so fast!
On top of their expertise, Lee is incredibly personable and truly cares about their clients. They create an encouraging, judgment-free space where I feel empowered rather than intimidated. They've not only helped me get stronger but have also given me the confidence to feel comfortable in the gym--something I never thought I'd have!
The gym itself is one of the most inclusive and welcoming places I've ever trained. Everyone is kind, supportive, and focused on their own journey, which makes for an amazing atmosphere. Plus, the gym has an incredible sauna--perfect for unwinding after a great workout!
If you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in your success, I can't recommend Lee enough! 10/10!!

Lee is truly the best. I started taking their class first at Everybody, where I was so impressed by how attuned they were to people’s needs, keeping bodies safe from injury while still having the best workout with the sickest jams. Now that they’re my personal trainer, I am absolutely thrilled at how my body is changing in a healthy way. After a few sessions I could feel myself getting stronger. They asked, listened and implemented exercises that are helping with my weak ankles, knee injury and lower back pain, and I’ve seen marked results in how I’m holding and moving my body now. They’ve also got the coolest personality, so it’s always a good time hanging with them while getting strong. What are you waiting for?? Go see Lee 💪
