This is the most elite level gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment is top tier, and some I’ve never seen in any other training facility. The owner Paco is super friendly and takes great pride in his gym. Love the atmosphere and would recommend it to anyone that is serious about their fitness. I have been working out for over 20 years, and I haven’t had this good of a workout in years!!

I had the honor of visiting Live Alpha, located at 943 Newhall St, Costa Mesa, CA, and I can honestly say this gym is a true temple of bodybuilding. Impeccable facilities, an inspiring atmosphere, and an energy that pushes you to give your absolute best.

During my visit, I had the unforgettable opportunity to meet the great athlete and Mr. Olympia Leandro Peres. Seeing such a high-level competitor up close — someone so dedicated, disciplined, and yet incredibly humble — made the experience even more special. It’s no surprise that a place like Live Alpha attracts and shapes champions.

Congratulations to the entire Live Alpha team for creating such a complete and motivating space. It’s an experience I’ll carry with me forever.

This review is for my trainer, Anh.
The moment I walked into Live Alpha, I noticed how clean the gym was. The machines are next level, and as a member of Equinox, I found this to be a more private, almost boutique-style gym experience.
The vibes were amazing. As a female who just started lifting, I felt very welcomed and at ease. I’ll admit, it can be intimidating when you’re first starting out, but this gym had such a positive, welcoming energy.

Anh is incredible. I found her on social media (@anhvfit) and loved her positive, uplifting vibes. She’s very detailed and completely focused during our sessions. You can tell she’s truly passionate about what she does. I drove 60 miles from LA, and it was absolutely worth it. We focused on glutes, and I’m so happy to be a part of her team!
