Sensei John Crose is an excellent teacher of Karate. He makes every class fun and engaging and pays individual attention to everyone regardless of their abilities or skill levels. He is patient and very generous with his time and knowledge.

Sensei Crose is AMAZING! The heart he has for Karate, the gift he has in teaching it and the fact that he has respect for others and integrity are just a few of the many reasons you should go check out his school! I trained under him and was pushed to the best of my ability! He was kind but firm and always understood what I was capable of even when I didn't. Now, years (decades, lol) later, if he was still in the Sacramento area, all of my kids would have trained with him as well! Sensei Crose, thank you for all you taught me!
