I absolutely love working out here at Living Fitness. All the trainers are amazing and I really like boutique feeling of this gym. I have been working out here for a very long time.

I’ve been going to Living fitness for training with personal trainers more than 10 years because I feel very comfortable to work out with my trainers. They’re friendly and nice, I feel like they’re part of my family. Their workout is always different so I never get bored. My trainer Kyle always finds new workout so I get various workout to train the same muscles. Nicolette is my other trainer. She is always full of energy and encourages us to challenge more! When I get injured she gives me exercises to strengthen the affected area and good massage to loosen the mussels. I recovered completely from the injury so soon thanks to her. I appreciate them very much. They’re part of my life now. I am confident to recommend to anybody who are interested.

The trainers here really know what they are doing! Let them know your goal and they will help you hit it!
They make sure your form is good so you don’t get hurt. They’re also really friendly too!
They have a shower, lockers with keys, towels, and hair ties if you forget!

I am not a huge fan of hard core exercising, so I started Pilates because it was at a slower pace and I recognized the importance of mobility and core strength. I enjoyed my Pilates sessions. They were tailored to address my weaknesses and were at a pace I was comfortable with. I never dreamed I would progress to training with weights but it was recommended by my instructor to add strength training to complement Pilates. That’s one of the benefits of joining Living Fitness. The instructors view each client’s exercise regime holistically. In addition to my Pilates sessions, I now actually enjoy working with the Trainers on a wide array of exercise equipment to build strength and muscle which is so important for me at my age. All of the instructors are attentive and very knowledgeable and customize my workout every week. They all truly care about my progress and results. Dare I say I actually enjoy exercising now! Thank you Living Fitness!

I’ve worked with a personal trainer at this gym for about 5 months now and I have seen such amazing progress in my body and mind!
Kyle, Benny and Angie are such great trainers. Their accountability and cheerleading is genuine and incredibly helpful and motivating. Since working out with a personal trainer, I’ve lost weight and inches off my frame, gained muscle, relieved stress and have improved my overall strength and stamina. I never looked forward to working out before but now I can’t wait to get into the gym and hit a PR with my trainer!

I first went to Amanda for a private Pilates session because I was recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery and I needed something that would be low impact. I was so impressed by how sore I was after our session. My abs hurt two days after our time together (Which I take as a really good sign).
I went to other Pilates instructors after our session and nothing was as good as my time with Amanda. Amanda makes her sessions, fun and worth the financial commitment. Totally deserving of the 5 stars ! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about living fitness. My trainer Nicolette is truly one of a kind. She cares so much about the people she trains and the results they get, and that shows through every time I train with her. She is worth every penny, and I hope to continue training with her as long as I possibly can. Nicolette and Tom’s Living Fitness is a gem of a gym right in our neighborhood! After my personal trainer of many years moved away, I was reluctant to start up with another trainer. Then along came Nicolette who offered a trial session to help improve my posture which then led to regular strength training sessions. And now that she’s a certified Russian kettlebell instructor as well, I’m even more hooked. Nicolette emphasizes the importance of stretching and foam rolling and is great at mixing up my biweekly workouts.
