I have been working with Luka on and off for six years now, but consistently for the last three. I first came to Luka six years ago when I began having issues with my lower back from golf. When I first began working with him rehabbing my lower back, I thought I would be coming in doing my rehab, seeing him for a specific amount of time, and then leaving him once I got the results I wanted. But coming in for rehab slowly developed into golf specific training that has now transitioned into training designed for every day health. What makes Luka such a great trainer is not necessarily the physical training and programming that he creates for you, but more importantly who he is as a person. He is highly educated in the realm of health & fitness and is exceptionally skilled at writing specific programs that are uniquely tailored for you and your health goals. What makes him such an exceptional trainer is not only the physical programs he writes, but it is his willingness, his patience, and his openness to at any moment completely change directions, switch things up with trying new exercises, & experimenting with new routines. What makes him such a desirable trainer is how much he cares and values the mental & emotional side of physical training. He not only values the physical aspects of his work, but just as equally and if not more values the mental & emotional well-being of his clients, which without a doubt affects the physical side of training. Over the years, he has gone from being a personal trainer to becoming someone I highly respect, a mentor, and a very close friend. Whether you are someone looking to rehab not only an injury, but to improve your physical health, or even just elevate your mental and emotional well-being while engaging in basic training for general health, Luka is someone I highly recommend.

I wish I could give 10 stars here because I would! Luka has helped me through multiple injuries, including my lower back and sciatica issues I’ve dealt with over the years. Before seeing Luka, I didn’t think I could get any better. Haven’t had any issues ever since. His professionalism and guidance is something I’d recommend to anyone and everyone.

If you are looking for a trainer that will give you results while being mindful and conscientious of you and your needs, look no further. Luka cares about his clients and caters a workout plan to meet your goals. I have been working with him for several years now and the benefits for my health and golf game have been tremendous. I am now 52 and have dealt with sports related injuries for the majority of my adult life. After seeing many PTs and personal trainers, Luka is the first to approach my issues holistically. He goes through his broad areas of experience and training and thinks through what is likely the best approach. I can’t recommend Luka strongly enough.
