Our classes are designed with high intensity workouts that will help you build your core strengths, mobility, and overall health to improve your daily life. A gym for all levels and all ages. With our experience and expert coach, we are able to adapt our programs to meet anyone's need through workout routine modification and form adjustments for peak performance. Our emphasis on mobility will help you heal faster to get back in our gym at your peak performance.

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better gym or coach. Nancy is tough in the best possible way — encouraging, knowledgeable, and always pushing you just enough to leave you feeling proud and accomplished, never defeated. She has a true gift for helping you challenge yourself without ever compromising form.
Before joining Longevity, I never stuck with a regular gym routine. My workouts were sporadic and focused mostly on cardio — stretching and strength training weren’t even on my radar. But Nancy and Longevity completely changed that. Now, I feel stronger in my 40s than I’ve ever been in my life!

I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year and I absolutely love it. The community we’ve built is supportive, motivating, and feels like family. Nancy is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes sure we listen to our bodies and understand each movement so we don’t get hurt.
And honestly… sometimes we drive her a little crazy because she explains the workout and we immediately forget because we weren’t paying attention 😅 but she’s patient and still walks us through it. You can tell she genuinely cares about our progress. Highly recommend!

Coach Nancy strikes the perfect balance of support, encouragement, and helping you find your new limits. It’s not just about hitting numbers, but also having good form. Longevity MVMT is hands down my favorite gym. I’ve been to plenty of gyms, but this is the only one that’s truly stuck and the only one I actually trust. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, and I’ve never been in better shape. The people are great, the gym is always clean, and I never regret making it to a strength or mobility class.
You can’t talk about this gym without mentioning Nancy. She’s an incredible coach, patient, present, energetic, and knowledgeable. I went from never lifting a weight to feeling confident in the gym. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I’ve been coming to Longevity Movement for over a year now, and it has truly changed my life. When I started, I was two years postpartum, heavier than before pregnancy, dealing with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and nerve damage. I never thought I’d be able to do things like squats or chest presses, but Coach Nancy made it possible.
What makes this gym special is the community. I joined the 5 AM class full of strong, supportive moms, and it became my safe space. We push each other, cheer each other on, and Coach Nancy meets you exactly where you are. I started from the very basics (yes, even learning how to jump rope) and now I feel stronger and more confident than ever.
This place isn’t about how you look or what you wear. It’s about showing up, working hard, and committing to yourself. Thanks to Coach Nancy, I’ve not only gotten healthier but I’ve also learned to love my body for what it can do. If you’re looking for a gym that’s supportive, empowering, and life-changing, this is it.

This is a fantastic gym. Nancy and Brandon are knowledgeable trainers who push you to your best while putting form first. They're also great at accommodating injuries or physical limitations. I even send my parents, both in their 80s, to her Golden Hour. There has been a noticeable improvement in mobility which leads to improved quality of life!

I cannot say enough good things about the Longevity community and coach Nancy. From the minute you step into the space, you feel welcome. Nancy cares about her students and will ensure proper form and modifications. She is super encouraging and will work with you based on your own personal goals/limitations. I always leave the gym feeling accomplished, albeit sometimes sore. Totally recommend anyone to give Longevity a try!

Started coming to Longevity MVMT about 4-5 months ago and have dropped almost 3% body fat since then. Coach Nancy is awesome and really preaches form and technique over all else. Love how her workouts incorporate strength training, but also working on improving your full range of motion. I haven’t felt this strong in years. Members are super supportive and gym is ego-free.

2025 UPDATE:
Hard to believe I have been with Longevity MVMT for more than two years. In that time, the gym continued to grow and evolve: new coaches joined, more morning class times were added, programming continued to rotate, and the sauna was installed.
The impact on my personal fitness has been huge. I have gained strength and consistently hit new personal records with each one-rep max cycle. The mobility classes are especially valuable, offering practical exercises that translate directly to everyday life, whether it is carrying heavy grocery bags, improving posture with farmer walks and deadlifts, or lifting my kids with proper form using front squats.
The community here makes a difference too. Both the coaches and members are incredibly welcoming, and I feel a real sense of belonging every time I come to class. I recently switched from a monthly to an annual membership, not only because it is a great value, but because this is a place I know I will continue showing up for -- holding myself accountable!

I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with Longevity Mvmt! I stumbled upon this amazing gem through Classpass during their soft opening, and I was blown away by the quality of their classes and personalized attention. I was so impressed that I recently switched to their membership directly, and it has been the best decision I have ever made!
Longevity Mvmt is a locally owned business that offers group classes and private sessions. The energy and positivity that emanate from this place are truly infectious. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged by Nancy -- the instructor/coach, and other class members. And let me tell you, Nancy is an absolute gem! As someone who started exercising after quitting ten years ago, I appreciate her attention to detail, understanding, and supportive attitude.
What I love most about Longevity Mvmt is that everyone in my classes makes me feel like I belong. Nobody judges my fitness level, and Nancy modifies the exercises to fit my fitness level, such as squatting and planking. She constantly checks in with me to ensure the exercise is challenging but not beyond my ability. And the best part? She helps correct my workout posture, impacting my walking posture. Thanks to her, I am no longer hunching when sitting and walking, which is a huge improvement.
Because of my overwhelmingly positive experience, I have now signed up for the unlimited membership and to attend group class sessions five days a week. And let me tell you, the classes are amazing! Mondays and Wednesdays are lower body workouts, Tuesdays and Thursdays are upper body, and Fridays are all about cardio. It's the perfect combination to keep me engaged, motivated, and energized throughout the week.
I cannot recommend Longevity Mvmt highly enough, especially for those getting back into exercising. The positive environment, personalized attention, and amazing workouts will energize and motivate you.

My mom trains here, and I can't recommend Longevity MVMT enough especially for anyone looking for a space that prioritizes long-term mobility, strength, and pain-free performance. My mom has always been very thin, but with age has started struggling with frailty, knee pain, and lower back issues.
After a knee procedure, her doctor encouraged her to strength train to support her body and that's when we found Nancy and Longevity MVMT. Over the past year, my mom's transformation has been incredible. She has 1-on-1 personal training with Nancy, Kinstretch, and Golden Hour classes (designed to build balance, coordination, and mobility for adults 55+). Her range of motion, strength, and movement quality has improved dramatically. Her doctor was blown away by the progress and encouraged her to keep doing whatever it is she was doing.
Nancy here is more than a trainer. She's a healer, a teacher, and a true partner in your wellness journey. She listens deeply, adapts programming to meet people exactly where they are, and celebrates small wins with the same excitement as big ones. I can't thank her enough for how much heart she's poured into my mom's progress.
The vibe here is welcoming and kind - no intimidation, no ego, just people supporting each other. My best friend also trains here and loves it. This place is especially great for anyone who's ever felt out of place in other fitness spaces and/or for those making their comeback. It doesn't matter if you're recovering, starting over, or just looking for smarter, more intentional training, Longevity MVMT is it!

As a dancer and performing artist I have to tend to my body fully as I’ll otherwise risk my livelihood, and more importantly the development of my potential & craft.
I happened to be visiting and found myself in Nancy’s kinstretch class one morning. I long for information that’ll help me bridge my understanding of body, mechanics and areas I need to grow in. Throughout class I found myself picking up on ways I could find more extension & stability. At the end of class they spent additional time to help bring awareness to various very specific areas I lacked mobility in that since I’ve brought awareness to has helped me immensely in movement.
I wish I had teachers like this I could work with personally in my area as their information is invaluable and their expertise requires so much dedication.
I’ll likely find myself in their classes on my visits to OC.

I've taken a few classes here through ClassPass and I can't say enough good things about Nancy's gym.
Nancy is super helpful and kind. Her classes are small enough that she's able to provide modifications, adjustments, and tips. I've always found being in a traditional gym and exercising with weights to be quite intimidating, but Nancy is so welcoming and patient. Her gym is also very clean.
I ended up moving so I haven't been able to return, but Nancy instilled in me confidence that I can, in fact, lift heavy things with proper form and not hurt myself. So, I've been giving other HIIT classes a try! Thank you, Nancy!

I meet coach Nancy Ha when she was a personal trainer at the UFC gym prior to the COVID-19 closure. Nancy has helped me re-gain mobility and strength while getting me in a much better physical shape. If you are serious about being to move efficiently and effectively she is the right person to train under. Super highly recommended.

I recently joined Longevity MVMT and I'm thoroughly impressed. Nancy, the instructor, is fantastic! Nancy is an awesome trainer! She reviews your goals and lays out a plan that you both agree on to meet them. If there are any injuries that prevent certain movements, she always has a few other options available to help keep you injury free. The new gym is beautiful, easy location with ample parking, and it has a 'come work out' vibe. One-on-one sessions and classes are fun (but still butt kickers!) Highly recommend.
