I am so glad I found this place. The trainers are AMAZING. I have never worked with anyone who made me feel so confident and comfortable. They push and motivate you and do it with so much love. You can tell they are passionate at what they do. I found my new gym!

This gym is great!! The lady trainers are awesome and very encouraging and motivational. They become like family. The environment here is the best. There is no judgment here. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes. We all encourage each other and motivate each other here. We are all beautiful no matter how we come, but definitely Transformer from a caterpillar to a butterfly. It is definitely an awesome experience at Lore Dolls❣️ I've been addicted to this gym for 3+ years!!

I love LoreDoll Fitness. It is easy to access off the freeway and plenty of parking. The atmosphere of this gym is great. First and foremost the gym is clean, clean restroom and lockers for your belongings. There is also a vending machine and this gym is a one stop shop for all your needs.
The trainers are professional, friendly, encouraging. They are prompt with the start of session and prompt with the ending of your session. The session times available work great before work and after.
Trainers are accessible to you, they are knowledgeable, and experienced.
I have been working out at this gym since mid October of 2023. I have gained discipline, manage my stress level, and I haven’t been feeling depressed. My body has change I have been just trusting the process. Once I add the cardio recommended and adhere strictly to the designed meal plan there will be an even greater transformation. Trust the progress.

I call LoreDoll Fitness my “google gym” because it’s everything I had ever searched for. In less than a year I’ve seen the most improvement in my body and mental health. I love being coached by powerful women who understand you and push you to discover the best and strongest version of yourself. The gym is a big, clean space with all the equipment to train all the different parts of the body and other gym members are extremely encouraging and welcoming. This is definitely the atmosphere you need to work on yourself.

Hands down the BEST gym in the Central Valley!
The ladies are all so encouraging and supportive of one another, no negative Nancy's, no gym drama, and no creepy men walking around, all around a safe and clean environment! Let's not forget about the dedicated trainers who put together amazing workouts week after week to target all the right muscles groups. I can't say enough great things about this special gem, it's heaven on earth, it really is.
