We recently attended a trial class at this gym, and while the overall program structure seemed ok (water break every 10 mins), we left with serious concerns about both safety and communication. During the class, there were multiple (2+) incidents where children were pushed off of taller mats. One child fell completely to the floor, and what was most concerning was that the coach nearby did not appear to notice either time.

Accidents can happen — that’s understandable. But when higher equipment is involved, attentive supervision is critical to prevent injuries. In this case, not only did the incident occur, but there was no immediate intervention or guidance from the staff who were nearby.

Afterward, I emailed the gym three separate times to raise the safety concern and received no response. Instead, my child was auto-enrolled into a class without my consent, and I had to call the gym directly to cancel and make a complaint. The issue was eventually escalated to a manager, who reached out a week later by phone. But after that call, there was no follow-up at all.

This lack of responsiveness and accountability reinforced our concern that safety feedback may not be taken seriously here. We truly wanted to like this place, but after our experience it’s hard to feel confident that children are being closely monitored in ways that ensure both their physical and emotional safety.

For families considering this program, it may be worth asking very direct questions about how coaches are trained to supervise interactions and how management handles parent concerns when incidents occur.

My 6 year old grandson is a little Ninja. He enjoys his sessions there. On the day we watched , he was involved in balance , jumping, coordination. He was being taught how to follow directions, and patience. This place is busy with many classes going on at same time, place was clean? Large facility, and lots of parking.

PRO TIP: Once you kid is eligible for next class and for any reason if they say they dont have any availability in next class, unenroll your kid for sometime and suddenly they will create a space.

Also they dont upgrade the kid to the next class and keep dragging in the same class. More money.

We hosted a birthday party at Los Gatos Elite, and it was fantastic! The coaches were incredibly organized and engaging, keeping the kids entertained and active the whole time. Everything was seamless, and the kids had an absolute blast. Highly recommend for a stress-free and fun event!

I’ve had 2 birthday parties in a row at LGE for my daughter because she loves the venue and the staff so much. They throw such a great party and are super helpful, responsive and easy to book. I just showed up 20 minutes before the party with my decorations and they took over. From putting up the decorations to entertaining the children to serving them, cleaning up and loading everything into my car for me. Everything was done for me efficiently with great service. I highly recommend LGE for birthday parties. The staff is friendly and engaging with the children and the facility is clean and beautiful.

We love this gym! They are going through some scheduling growing pains right now with expansion but that is temporary. All three of my children attend different classes here and they are all the perfect mix of challenging and fun.
The best thing about Los Gatos Elite is their teaching staff. They are all top notch!
I wish they would offer adult classes!

We hosted our birthday party there recently but the overall experience has been very poor. All kids and their family left in time while a couple of guests stayed back for 10 mins and we, as hosts, were talking in the parking lot. We were charged a hefty overtime charge for that! I didn’t realize parking lot is considered event location. We are not coming back here

An exposed screw hit my son in the head. It bled profusely. He had a headache for two days. It was in an area where parents were not allowed. One of the coaches had an extremely immature way to interacting with the kids. I pulled both my kids and won’t be going back. Two of the other coaches we had were excellent, but I can’t have my child being injured somewhere where I can’t be. Or interacting with a bad coach in an area where I can’t observe.

My two boys (7 and 10) attend Ninja Zone every week (this is really great gymnastics meets parkour marketed for boys and it’s awesome) and they absolutely love it. Their coach is wonderful and encouraging. We decided to do a double birthday party this weekend and it was a total hit. Everyone had a blast! The two young ladies running the party were organized and wouldn’t let me help — served all the kids pizza and cake. Cleaned up. Were polite and engaging. And kept all the kids running and jumping and having so much fun in the various equipment rooms. 10/10 highly recommend!

My daughter has been going here consistently for 3 years now and we’re happy with her progress and experience she’s developed in gymnastics. I will say this place is better for beginners and as kids advance and get older, they tend to leave to go to other places. Besides that, great place, awesome coaches and facilities are clean.

My daughter takes the gymnastics classes and we went in for an assessment of gym 4 and the coach their only tested her on stuff they would learn in gym 4, and only tested her for about a minute (they said it would be 10 minutes), then came back to me and said that she doesn't have the foundation of gymnastics nor the vocabulary. They never tested her of the foundation so how would they know if she did or not? And for the vocabulary part, I told him that she was self taught so she doesn't know the vocabulary.

Los Gatos Elite is a live-saver for my super active 5-year old during the pandemic. He really enjoys his ninja class and is looking forward to it every week. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The gym has a great set up outside that is very important during such unprecedented times. Took my daughter (5yo) in today to try out the Gym Dandies class. It was absolutely amazing. Facility was exceptionally clean, staff were super friendly, and above all, the class must've been super fun because the first thing my daughter said when I picked her up was whether we could come everyday! Signed up for weekly classes on-the-spot, and looking forward to having a lot of fun :)
