Louie was my first trainer when I started olympic weight lifting and CrossFit training and by far the person who provided the most solid foundation for me. He is knowledgeable, patient and motivating. My favorite thing about Louie is that he strips away all the fads and fluff and goes right to the basics and makes getting fit super attainable. His online socials provide great achievable tips as well as motivation and examples of what healthy meals, easy workouts with or without equipment can look like! He will push you while also knowing your limitations and provide attainable goals that keep you motivated along the way.
