I love my lunchtime yoga practice at LoveStory Yoga. The instructors are all very strong, providing bits of wisdom and knowledge into a challenging practice. The front desk is friendly and helpful. And my fellow yogis are supportive and friendly. All my best days involve a stop at LoveStory yoga.

Long ago, this was a YogaWorks (pre-Covid) but there is a vast difference between then and now. Whereas YW was clearly a business, Love Story is exactly what you’d expect from a yoga studio - warm, friendly, understanding and embracing of all that yoga represents. Lovestory also combined the rooms into one open space, which is great. Lovestory is heated, Bhakti yoga flow (vinyasa yoga flow with chanting or singing at the start and/or end, at about 80 degrees), which gives the experience an added dimension of spirituality. It doesn’t just feed mind or body, but also the soul. Try Stephanie’s class if you want a challenge and a faster pace or Lauren’s class for more of a focus on breathing and flow. Both will leave you feeling renewed, fulfilled and like you had a great workout.

Beautiful space, easy parking, window side for cooler spaces and the other side is hotter for people who prefer it to be, and wonderful teachers. Personal favorites are Anna Hughes, Stephanie Snyder, and Haley Havelock. All are beautiful singers who play the harmonium and have a WEALTH of knowledge about yoga philosophy and walk the walk in their lives. Highly, highly recommend! And you can grab a drink or bite to eat in the Country Mart afterwards!

Practiced at Love Story - Valencia for years when we lived in the city. When we moved to Marin last year, I tried at least 10 different yoga studios trying to find the one that was the best fit. They all had solid yoga, but there was something missing and I couldn't figure out what it was. Fast forward to 6 months ago when I was having a really rough week and was either going to lose it or drive into the city for a Love Story - Valencia practice. Went on their app to see the schedule and forgot they had opened a studio in Larkspur. Thank goodness. To the Larkspur studio I went...to a solid practice...Bhakti (the missing element I was looking for)...and a reset for the rough week. Grateful for the practice. Grateful for the studio.

One of the founders and yoga teacher Stephanie is a connected, loving, wise source of energy,and guidance unlike any other teacher I have met. Her style is warm, firm, graceful, mindful and powerful!

The studio is a clean yet safe place to get dirty and sweaty, with all the challenges you seek on any level. This location is the sister studio to the one in the Mission San Francisco; its open, bright layout is also heated with infrared panels in the ceiling.

I love this because, unlike other heated studios, their panels heat you, not the air so that you can open up those tight hips, sweat, and breath deeply!

There is also a heated outdoor space that offers fresh, crisp air, perspective, and views of Mt Tam.

I've have been practicing with Love Story Yoga since they first open on Valencia Street in 2017. I've been a long time student of one the owners Stephanie Snyder. Stephanie has been beacon of light in her 2 studios that offers, asana practice with lovely chanting, breathing exercises, spirituality growth infused into the classes. It's hands down my favorite yoga studio in the Bay area! I can't say enough about how special Love Story Yoga community is with excellent teachers who put their heart and soul into their classes. There an atmosphere of happy conversation of gratitude in the studio, locker room and to have a beloved yoga space to practice asana and spiriual connection. It's clear that they care and choose their experienced teachers. This new studio is GORGEOUS you want to stay there and never leave! It can only be set up and design by people who truely care.
You absolutely must give this studio a try. It's such a gem!

If you're looking for a high quality yoga class, in an incredibly beautiful space.... LSY Larkspur is for you. I love this studio! Not to mention, the Marin Country Mart is a fantastic place for lunch, coffee, apps, drinks (you get the picture) with friends. Definitely worth the visit!

I love the vibe at Love Story. I actually feel like part of an organic community, unlike other studios I've been to where community feels like a checkbox on a todo list. I prefer their in-person classes but their streaming classes are great, too.

the minute I stepped into Love Story Yoga I felt at home. the front desk staff, the teachers, and the community were so inviting and friendly. my boyfriend and I were visiting San Francisco for the weekend and in need of the perfect flow to move our body before we went about our trip. when you carve out time to work out while traveling, it's gotta be exactly what you need to make it worth your limited window and this class was perfect. i felt re-energized, invigorated, and so grateful we found this gem of a studio. excited to take class again next time we're in town!

After moving up to Marin from the city, I was thrilled to see one of my favorite yoga studios opening up in Country Mart. Love Story Larkspur is a beautiful space with a mix of indoor and outdoor classes, and phenomenal experienced teachers. I especially love the range of classes - from athletic, fast flow to more zen, relaxing - all high quality. So happy to have Love Story as my yoga home in Marin!

Favorite place to do yoga in Marin! The studio is beautiful, teachers are great and I always leave class feeling amazing. After moving to Marin from the city in 2019 I tried a bunch of the local yoga options and nothing held up to my favorites in SF, but once Lovestory opened that all changed - it's truly the best ❤️
