My daughter has been going here for about 6 months, she’s in the mini leaps class (ages 2-3) She really loves the class and has so much fun. She even did the winter recital which was very well put together and the kids all did great! The owners are very nice and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had a question they’ve answered right away! I look forward to my daughter being here for years to come.

I can't say enough good things about Lovely Leaps. We started here in 2020, and it's been the biggest confidence boost and just the best place for my daughters. We have two girls that dance here now, and they love it so much we are here 4 days a week in every class they can cram into our schedules. They have both shown tremendous growth in their dance skills, flexibility and confidence, but the studio also really encourages the girls to bond and grow in their relationships and personal development as well. Owners Ricky and Lisa are awesome. They go out of their way to be helpful, are so friendly, and just honestly great people we are glad to know. The teachers are so attentive and kind to my girls, really get to know all the girls individually, and push them to do their best. The other families at the studio are great as well, and have become friends. We truly enjoy all our time spent at Lovely Leaps and couldn't recommend it more.

I have two girls attending this studio. We have so much fun here. The other parents and children are so friendly. My 1 year waits in the waiting room with me and he has little friends to play with. It's bright and well decorated. The floors are very well maintained with full wall mirrors. The owners are kind and make sure that every child is getting what they need and being treated well by their peers. Can't say enough good things about this place! 💃 ❤️ 💃

I’ll preface my review by saying out of the husband and wife owners, the husband is VERY NICE. He’s very approachable, friendly and helpful.
This dance studio however, is just not a great fit for my child. She was stuck in the dance room with 2 year olds and she is well, well over 3. The dance class was an hour long and then they shortened the time because they said it was “better to keep the kids engaged”. However, they made the kids sit down and wait for over half of the class. They would hardly do group dances, they would mostly make the kids wait and have them do things one by one which made absolutely no sense. They were constantly being told to sit down. On top of that, they spend class time reading a book. When I wanted to switch classes, I was told there was no room to do so. That was also the answer when I asked for a makeup, which I was never able to do, for any of the missed classes. Taking my business else where.

We took our 19m old son Noah to a trial class in their new scripps ranch location and Emily was great she’s very patient with all the toddlers and comes with props and is ready for their short attention spans! Ricky and Lisa are so nice and welcoming! We look forward to signing Noah up for dance class when he’s older and can focus for longer!

They really try hard (and from the heart) to ensure an excellent experience. Our 4 yr old son attended the 'hip-hop' class with instructor Jeff. Very impressed. Very welcoming, friendly and apparently stream the classes so you can watch if you don't personally take them. Place is clean too. Thank you Ricky for your hospitality!

I have a 6yo and a 2yo that dance at lovely leaps. They both started years ago in the parent and me class and have grown so much! They love all the staff members and at this point it is a second home to my oldest. She takes a variety of classes that have broadened her movement and skill set.
They have a recital twice a year that is a highlight for our family!

We started our daughter here when she was two and she loved it. After a while we left because the schedule just didn't work for us anymore. Recently we found that they have added more class times and have signed her back up. She still absolutely loves it at almost 4 years old now. The teachers are so patient and kind and the program as a whole is very friendly and flexible. The owner, Lisa, is incredibly involved in the community and goes out of her way to make her kids (and families) feel seen and welcome. The programs are continuing to expand, so be on the lookout for new opportunities!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lovely Leaps. The owners Lisa & Ricky and all the staff and teachers are so kind, positive, down to earth, welcoming people. My oldest started dancing at 2 (now 10) and we tried quite a few studios till we found this absolute gem of a place! We've attended for three years now. My daughters are constantly being challenged to better their skills and being loved on and encouraged at the same time. Dance class is the highlight of our weeks! Highly recommend!!!!

My daughter had her first ballet/tap class at Lovely Leaps today. She had a wonderful time. I appreciated how simple it was to sign up online, and everyone was so welcoming. Even the owner regonized we were new and came over to introduce himself. The class instructors were very nice and went around the class to help each kiddo during the dances. They kept it fun and upbeat! If your looking to get your kiddo into dance, I highly recommend Lovely Leaps!

We absolutely LOVE Lovely Leaps!
My son started going when was 9 months old and he just turned 2, so we’ve been going for a bit.
The teachers are so sweet with him and he’s been given so many opportunities to shine. (Not only that, but my son ASKS to go to dance class! He LOVES it!) From his first performance at 16 months old to his first solo at the Del Mar Fair, they’ve created some amazing moments for our family. We totally recommend this small business and we’re so excited to continue to watch Lovely Leaps grow!

We started at Lovely Leaps in the summer of 2021 and have loved it so far! Lisa and all the teachers are so loving and attentive. My 3-year-old got to participate in her first dance recital in December and it was such a fun and positive experience! Learning dance at a young age builds self confidence, and develops cognitive function, coordination, and creativity! My daughter happily performs at home for fun. There is nowhere else that I would rather have my daughter attend for her early dance years!

My daughter has been going to Lovely Leaps now for almost a year. She started classes shy but quickly gained confidence with the help of Miss Lisa and her wonderful team of dance teachers. Just for reference my daughter is 4 and started when she was 3-she had absolutely no knowledge of dance prior and neither did I. The classes are structured towards your child’s age group and feature a variety of dance mixed with lots of fun. They bring in bubbles, parachutes, Pom Poms, dance scarfs, bunny ears, tunnels, balance beams-they are constantly mixing it up to keep the children’s interest all while learning the fundamentals of dance. My daughter loves making new friends in these classes and has learned to better her social skills, discipline, dance knowledge, flexibility and most importantly her confidence has bloomed. My daughter can now chassé, tendu, passé, sauté, plié and bourrée just to name a few!

We've been taking virtual lessons since the beginning of the year and are so grateful and thankful for Lisa and the entire staff at LL. They not only have helped my daughter with her dancing, they've been a source of joy and friendship to her during these difficult times. They really care about each of their students.
