I recently attended a women’s self-defense class, and I can confidently say it was an empowering and eye-opening experience. This class was well structured and informative! The instructors were supportive and provided expert guidance on practical self-defense moves, awareness strategies, and de-escalation techniques. Hands-on practice made the lessons feel real and useful. I left feeling more confident, prepared, and more aware of my surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their safety skills! Added bonus, I met some amazing women in the class who were very supportive, kind, and beautiful. Looking forward to the next one.

GREAT!!! Is the only way I can describe this martial arts academy. My son is learning to be a more caring and responsible young man and because of Master Lowe my son loves Karate again. Both of my children have been attending Mr. Lowe’s studio for 3 months now and they simply love it! They are learning defense and in such a short time they’ve learned so much! My older son has become more confident thanks to Mr. Lowe.
We love the studio’s energy, we made new friends and we feel lucky to have Mr.Lowe as their teacher. My children have learned more respect in how to talk at home so honestly it s a win win😄

My kids started here this summer ('24), and in just the couple months we've been going I have seen a huge difference in my children's behavior, respect towards others, focus & attention, following directions, and their confidence! I knew that was the goal but I never expected it to start working so fast! Haha! We adore our dojo family and we are so blessed to have found LMAA!!

Really enjoy bringing my son here. This is more of a team and the students build themselves up and help each other. Mr. Lowe is kind and professional he really cares about these kids. It’s definitely a must try for any kid trying to build their confidence and learn how to defend themselves.

Enrolling into Lowe's Martial Arts Academy is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time!! As a retired military veteran with injuries and PTSD, my new life has been challenging. For years I've struggled with pain and social withdrawals, gaining 50lbs and limited mobility.
After a few months in Master Lowe's class, I've steadily improved my mobility and core strength. While I have many physical limitations that weigh on me, the positive inspiration that this course has given me is priceless. We decided to check out Lowe’s martial Arts Academy over a year ago and are very thankful we did. My son, who rarely chooses to stick to any activity long enough to commit, practices almost daily without being reminded to do so. He continues building not only his core strength and self defense techniques, but determination, responsibility, and leadership skills. There are many things as parents we like about Lowe’s Martial Arts Academy but what stands out the most is Grandmaster Lowe’s attention to every single student; I’ve seen the growth not only in my son, but in the other students as well.

We have been with Master Lowe for roughly 2 years now. I started with my younger daughter once things started opening up after COVID lock down to give her some structure outside of the house. It helped her get out some energy and gained some addition discipline. After about 3 months, my older daughter showed interest, but was apprehensive because she didn’t want to spar. We signed her up and let Master Lowe know where she was. He we very in tune with how much to push the kids and when they needed a little break. He is a stern teacher, but you can tell he genuinely cares about each child individually. They have developed friendships and confidence by attending LMAA and I would have to say as a parent there is a lot of satisfaction in watching not only your child, but the others that you have gotten to know grow in leaps and bounds.

If you want to get a better feel for what LMAA is all about, at the end of each training session they repeat his motto.I personally feel that it sums up what they are teaching here. I would encourage you to come by one of the classes and watch.

Master Lowe at Lowe's Martial Arts academy in Mira Loma, CA. Is the very Best Karate School Ever! My foster child was so mischievous and unruly, until I was at my wits end trying to get him to listen or to focus. Now, just two months twice a week, after school Karate Classes with Master Lowe's Martial Arts Academy, has changed my Sons over all behavior and confidence. I would definitely give master Lowe and the team a Five star Thumbs UP!
