I attend Adam’s morning group classes in the Silverlake Meadow. There’s always a great group of people, good music, and a high-intensity workout in a beautiful outdoor environment. Adam does a mix of drills, running, weight training and mat work, always changing up the workout, and keeping things fun but focused. While it is challenging, there are many ways to modify, and I can see and feel my body changing after a short time working out with him. Grateful for his service!

Had a great time working with Adam as my personal trainer. He’s very proficient in fitness, overall health and wellbeing. He is also quite the wise one. Loved the conversations we had and how much he motivated me during our sessions and the knowledge he left me with. I saw a big difference in my body and overall fitness. I trained with Adam for nearly a month while splitting time between Seattle and LA. Working out in the outdoor Silver Lake space was an awesome way to stay motivated and soak up some vitamin D. Adam has a great ability to understand your goals and break down how to achieve them. I had a blast overall and highly recommend working with him! I’ll definitely be back full-time once I make the move to LA.

I purchased some private training sessions with Adam because I have a busy schedule and wanted to get some workout ideas from the convenience of home.
Adam is always prompt, and professional. He considered my injuries and gave me challenging workout variations to build strength and cardio fitness in a safe and gradual way.
In addition, he is full of interesting facts about current and historical events and is easy to talk to during workouts.

Love these workouts! Adam coaches really well and gets you working hard. He fits a lot into an hour-long class -- cardio, strength training, life advice, and sometimes even crawling! 🤣 If you're looking to get outside early and work on your body and mind, I'd definitely recommend coming down and spending your morning with Adam!

Adam's workouts are GREAT - inclusive for every level, gender, age. It's been great to meet some new people and enjoy getting back into shape outdoors (with great music every time). Adam's style is very laid back, which I personally enjoy. That being said, the workouts DO push me way further than I could do on my own, so I appreciate that bootcamp style.

Working out with Adam is great! Very chill energy but still motivating and engaging. The workout itself is a nice combo of cardio and strength training. I definitely pushed myself but every time I felt like I was about to hit my limit, Adam switched it up so I was able to do some active recovery. Can’t think of a better way to start the day!

The group classes in the morning are an excellent way to keep the momentum going through the week, and they're lots of fun! Adam is great and so passionate about what he does! The morning boot camp is very tough, but it’s absolutely worth it, plus Adam makes it fun with great music and by cracking jokes while he’s working hard along with you and is very encouraging when the workout starts starts to feel to tough. Definitely recommend!

Adam shares fitness through the lens of his unique life experience training since he was a kid with his grandfather as well as his years of sports training. It's inspiring to be led in a class by someone pushing you to move past your mind barriers to keep it moving 💯 After taking his class I had people remark they could see a difference . It has been my first experience doing a "hit" class and can say it's a fun way to be challenged no matter what level you are at!!

I showed up to this boot camp nervous and full of apprehension. I hadn't worked out like this in about 20 years. However from the moment class began, I was supported, not just by Adam, but also by the class members. Adam's workouts, while tough, have shown me I can do this. I am very excited to see how much I can grow and improve, and how healthy I can truly be. Adam is an amazing. communicative trainer, full of encouragement and motivation. If there is something I am unable to do, he is quick to offer an alternative that will give me the workout i need. I came to Adam to jumpstart my conditioning, and he has. His location at the Meadow couldn't be more perfect. It is close to home and allows me, a person chained to her home office, to work out and get her daily vitamin D. At the end of each workout, I am pooped—yet I still have enough energy to zoom through my workday. The net-net is that I am proud of myself for putting in the time to care for my body, and I am grateful for Adam's guidance in getting me there.

I discovered Adam after I retired last year and thought it would be good to be more active. Exercise had not been part of my regular routine. Adam has been very good at calibrating what I can do, and how to push me further. He has adapted the exercises to my weak shoulder, and any other issues I might be having. I can definitely do more now than when I started, and I’ve benefited from his coaching. I don’t think I would push myself as far, or keep the positions correct, if he wasn’t guiding me. Two bonuses: I enjoy the variety of music he plays during the workouts, and he’s a very interesting conversationalist so sessions often have some food for thought about life!

Adam Dampier is a force. His genuine enthusiasm and positive energy are infectious and encourage everyone to bring the best they have at the moment to his classes. It is also so wonderful to attend classes with other folks again, outside, in the beautiful meadow at Silver Lake Reservoir. Adam, the setting, the folks he attracts and the killer workout all make this one of the best reasons I love my neighborhood so much and am getting in such good shape and meeting interesting, like minded people. The rates are a steal too, run, don't walk to sign up.

In brief: superb quality personal training at a fair price and smart structure. Each of those is hard to find, finding all-in-one is amazing. Personally, I've had decades of working out (with trainers!) and saying "I can't do deadlifts; they hurt my back." After months with Adam, with his rebuilding of functional form, I can now do deadlifts – and a whole lot more – with no problem. I'm functionally stronger/more fit.
