Feel the burn. This place is for people looking to be at peak fitness. The instructor is amazing. Incredible all around experience. Melissa is incredible.
Update in November 2025. Victoria now doing evenings not skipping a beat. She is also incredible and has taken the lead. Love her classes and yet again feel the intense burn 🔥!!!

I have been consistently attending classes at Lux Lagree since may 24,2025, since then I have lost 4.5inches on my waist and more every where else. I have gained not just strength and muscle from Lagree but I have finally gained confidence In every aspect of my life. If you are ever asking yourself if you should do Lagree? Do it, then do it again.

The studio is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the energy here is so motivating. The instructors are tough but incredibly supportive—they push you past your limits while still making class fun and encouraging. Every workout feels challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling stronger and accomplished. I’ve noticed real results in both strength and endurance since starting. Addicted to Lagree...
I was recently introduced (few months ago) to Lagree and was so excited to have found Lux Lagree in Temecula so close to home.
Lagree is my favorite workout!
I've tried all instructors thus far and everyone is amazing and challenging. Workouts can be difficult, will be sore (especially in the beginning), yet you get the adrenaline rush and want more.
Lately I've been seeing Victoria, Sydney and Danielle more since our schedules have aligned and they are all amazing teachers and provide modifications when I need them.

I love this studio! I’m still a beginner and a lot clumsy on the Megaformer, and I shake all throughout class, it is a really good burn, it feels like it targets other muscles I can't get to with traditional weight lifting. I really appreciate how the instructors help me with my form, it makes a big difference. They’re all super encouraging and I highly recommend taking a class! :)

Don’t be scared to try Lagree!! Every instructor is amazing and knowledgeable. 100% recommend taking a Lagree basics class if it’s your first time so you can get to know the machine. Oh and don’t forget your grippy socks!

I just finished a Lagree class taught by Bronte, and I have to say, it was the toughest class I’ve ever taken! I really enjoyed the challenge and appreciated the creative exercises she introduced that were completely new to me.

I was unfamiliar with Lagree type workouts up until very recently, but Kathy and her team of instructors have made it really easy and welcoming to just love this type of work out. All instructors are knowledgeable and will push the class with proper form and breathing. Truly one of my favorite workouts which builds tone and flexibility.

My first Lagree class! Referred by a friend. Wow 🤩 what a great way to learn how to use so many muscles at different points. It was a special theme day, which added an element of fun with low lights and glow in the dark stuff. While I had to take several breaks, my body feels good. I appreciated the positive talk too-a reminder then when we have a hard day-it’s time to move the stress out of our body-with a little workout or stretch. Looking forward to the week trial next.
