LVL Fitness, A Lagree Studio is a 45-minute, muscle shaking, heart pumping, high intensity TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.
The workout is done on the state-of-the-art Megaformer M3S+, which provides constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The machine uses a system of springs and pulleys, as well as your own body weight, to attack each muscle in a concentrated manner to sculpt strong, powerful, and lean bodies in a safe way.
Our trainers were hand selected and recruited as Bakersfield’s finest. They have gone through a rigorous training program in order to bring you the most efficient and effective Lagree workouts. Be prepared to be pushed to your limits!
Remember, its LAGREE, not pilates.

I combine Lagree with my regular strength training, and the difference has been amazing. My stabilizers are so much stronger, my lifts feel more controlled. The classes push you but in the best way it’s such a great complement to weight training. All of the instructors are super friendly and always there to help with form or modifications. I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated!

So grateful that Kristi and Nicole brought lagree to Bakersfield. I started 6 months postpartum and my core has never been this strong. I shake and sweat every time - and no matter the instructor - that is a guarantee !!! Love the studio and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Just took my first class at lvl fitness with Julia!! She did amazing at walking me through the different exercises while making sure I remained aware of my posture and body positioning. Julias energy and good vibes helped me push through such a challenging workout!!! This was my first ever lagree class and I’m excited to come back again for more! Will definitely be back again :)

I have been going to LVL for about a month now. I started out with 2 week trial and fell in love. The instructors are friendly (which is big when you start something new!). It is extremely challenging in a good way and they really make sure you’re in the move correctly and safely. I have already noticed a difference in my body and overall strength. Starting all over after two babies back to back definitely threw a wrench in but i absolutely love LVL. I would recommend it to anyone-from beginner fitness to advanced. Its truly a full body work out in 45 minutes-can’t ask for much more

OMG, my legs are still shaking and the class has been hours ago. Kristi is a phenomenal instructor/owner that makes those 45 mins worth every penny and more. Though I was trembling and shaking like a leaf, I loved every second of this class and can't wait to come back.

Love this studio! This is one of my favorite workouts (and best workouts in my opinion). LVL is so welcoming, clean and the instructors are great. They tune into your ability, goals and work with you to modify each exercise. The vibe is so positive and fun. From the clever phrases painted on the floor, to the friendly instructor checking you in, you'll be smiling your way through a challenging workout. Can't wait to go back!

My daughter bought three classes for my 60th birthday. It has been the best birthday present ever. The workouts are intense but fun and the music is motivating. The instructors have all been professional and helpful especially to a newbie. I absolutely recommend this type of workout for core, flexibility, balance, strength, cardio and more all in one. Even us old dogs can learn a new trick.

I'm kind of a lazy exerciser. I like the end results of working out, but I don't always like the work it takes to get to that point. I am not at all self-motivated and if I'm not supervised, I'm very likely to take lots of "breaks." But there are no breaks at LVL! I need to be pushed and the instructors totally do that, but in a way that makes it fun and feels so rewarding. The workouts are always challenging, but you'll be able to feel yourself getting more capable over time, able to add more weight for a move, able to get lower in your lunge than before, etc.
No matter how many workouts I do there, after every class I still end up sore in some muscles I didn't even know I had. It's like they put all the thought into exactly what I need to do, and all I have to do is participate and I end up feeling fully worked out and stronger each time.

LVL is an incredible studio where I became physically and mentally stronger. My first two months were tough but with a magnesium supplement my muscles would recover fast and I was able to continue going three times every week. I was challenged, engaged and motivated in every class. When I reached 100 classes my body was totally different, it felt healthier!. I had times when I would have lower back pain for sitting long hours in the car and the workout at LVL would release that pain in one class. When I reached 250 classes, I felt like I was 20 again lol. I got so much energy!! Lagree is very effective and joining a studio with experienced instructors is very important. I moved from Bakersfield and joined a new studio in Louisiana. I recall my days at LVL with a lot of excitement now! The instructors are amazing!!! Miss them all!! ❤️

I starting going to LVL when they opened and I’ve done all the classes from the full class, to Lunch Express to Private group. LVL has been such a wonderful addition to my fitness routine. The instructors are all AMAZING and full of energy whether you’re in a 6 am or 6 pm class! Signing up for classes is easy and convenient. Purchasing a membership/classes is no pressure whatsoever. I love that no one tried to “sell” me anything or any package! These women know their product sells itself! You’ve got to try LVL!! In one week you’ll go from totally intimidated to totally addicted. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the knowledgeable instructors will help you work through the moves and get an amazing workout every single time. I love that they take the time to learn the names of each of their students and push us all to be the best we can be. And as someone with back issues, I love that it’s low impact so I can do the moves without getting hurt. Give it a try and you’ll love it!

LVL studio and all the instructors are incredible but the best part is the results you get! I have tried all the workout “trends” so to speak and this has been the only workout that has produced incredible results and I finally saw definition in my core area. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a fun and results driven workout. The first class can be daunting but after a few you become addicted to the challenge and get more comfortable on the machine.

First time I did this workout I could barely walk but couldn’t wait to do it again! The second time was better, I was learning the transitions from one move to another. By the third time I was feeling like a pro and couldn’t believe how strong my whole body felt!! It’s a tough workout, but totally worth it if you stick to it!!!

Whoa! This is a really great workout that had my muscles shaking all over. The first time was a little confusing, BUT my second workout was exponentially better as I started to understand the movements. This workout regime is definitely worth trying!!
The instructors I’ve met have been really motivating and helpful. Instructor Nicole Lazzerini kicked my butt and kept my form in check the whole time!
