About the Club

My name is Alex Soto. I am a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer and fitness coach with an associate’s and bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology). I have been in the fitness industry for the past 14 years with a focus on helping people achieve their physical goals. With my comprehensive approach ,we can work together to achieve even the most complex fitness goals.
I specialize in getting people out of muscular pain by combining soft tissue work and corrective exercises. I concentrate on the fundamentals of exercise to help build a strong , flexible and mobile body . My understanding of how each individual body is different, allows me to meet you where you are on your fitness journey and build from there .

I have struggled with back pain ever since my back injury in 2017. My mom started seeing Alex and it obviously changed her life getting her body back to moving the way it was supposed to. It wasn’t till I was pregnant when my back decided to really make it hard to even walk where I needed a change. Going to Alex has changed my life, being able to Go to him when my body breaks down, I wouldn’t know what I would do without him! He’s very professional cares about his clients and is an expert. If you’re living with Any level of pain, Alex is the person to go to. He Not only will get your life back, but he will give you the tools to keep your body working and pain-free.

Love my workouts with Alex! He starts with an assessment to see which areas need extra focus then tailors your workouts to improve those areas. I’m so glad my workout buddy told me about Alex! I am a dental hygienist so I have lots of work-related pain. On top of that, I have multiple long standing muscular injuries. Alex had his work cut out for him and he addressed my issues head on. I have done chiropractic work, massages, acupuncture, muscle tensing, etc. Nothing worked to help me relieve pain till M2 Healing Team. Alex is a life saver! I was referred to him by a coworker and have had some really great and helpful sessions with him. He was able to identify muscles around my shoulder where I am over and under compensating and gave me some really helpful exercises and stretches. Aside from that, he does great body work as well and I always leave feeling a lot better than I arrived. I will always recommend him to anyone who might have ergonomical pain from work or sports injuries.

Several friends told me Alex was a miracle worker, but I was skeptical. I’d seen lots of chiropractors and PTs for my chronic neck and shoulder pain, but when I went in to see Alex, the experience was totally different. He approaches his work like a scientist running experiments until he identifies the problem. He alternates between strengthening, stretching, and functional sport massage for a super holistic approach. I’m getting stronger and getting pain relief. Highly recommend M2 Healing.

Alex is a genius. I came in originally with back pain and spine alignment problems, and Alex completely changed my life. Working with him is challenging - he doesn't cut corners and there are no easy fixes - but in the end he totally changed my life. Over time he showed me that these problems were symptoms of weakness in other parts of my body, it was really mind-blowing. Alex has incredible insight into how the body works as a whole and comes up with great exercises to help you strengthen yourself. I am forever grateful. I see many people with problems similar to what I have and I beg them to see Alex, but many people aren't ready for it - but if you are, he's really the best. My entire family works with him now.

Alex is an amazing functional trainer, and with all honesty- his deep physical therapeutic experience is amazing. I work in the medical field, and believe that he is the best physical trainer that I've seen, and was introduced to him after hearing countless stories of failed physical therapy. He's the person you should see if physical therapy through your insurance has not helped you. He has a crazy attention to detail in how the body moves- it's quite impressive, and difficult (if you're already grimacing, hahaha). And while it may hurt like hell sometimes, Alex Soto gives you the real possibility of a better life, one that you work on with less pain.

Alex is just the best. I have had back spasms for many years, and the only thing that doctors would do is recommend pain killers. So the spasms would come back every few months and were getting worse and worse. Alex has changed my life by first getting rid of the spams and other old muscle rigidities, and by then teaching me how to stretch on a daily basis to prevent new spasms. I will always be grateful to Alex (and to one of my colleagues who recommended Alex to me when he saw me walking all hunched over at work).

When I first met Alex it was about 10 years ago. It was hard to walk and I was very weak. Despite my athletic background, too many years in a desk chair had put me in a spot where I didn’t know how to restart my fitness program. After about three months of working together, I did not take Advil at all anymore and had full control over how to resolve my body pain. Over the years I still get back into bad habits, but now I know how to resolve them. I recently came back just to get some help with some pain which was resolved in just a few weeks and I’m back at working out.
