Madabolic has truly changed my life forever. It isn’t just a gym for me, it’s something much more meaningful. Because of this place, I’ve become more dedicated, more focused, and more driven than I’ve been in years. I’ve reached levels of strength physically, mentally, and emotionally that I never believed I could tap into again. The environment is powerful, structured yet welcoming, challenging yet supportive. It’s a space where discipline feels empowering and where community truly matters.
While every trainer at Madabolic is amazing I want to take a moment to speak a bit more about the ones I work with most often: Keegan, Nate, and Peter.
Keegan has an incredible gift for reading the room and reading people. He knows exactly when to push, when to challenge, and when to encourage. His coaching style makes you feel capable, seen, and supported. Even on days when I walk in feeling tired or unsure, Keegan’s energy and guidance somehow pull the best out of me. His cues are clear, his pacing is strong, and his belief in everyone he trains makes a real impact.
Nate brings a calm confidence that immediately makes you feel grounded. He explains movements in a way that feels accessible, and he’s always sharing ideas or adjustments to help you get the most out of every class. With Nate, you never feel like you’re falling behind, he ensures everyone knows they are progressing at their own pace and that effort is what matters most. His coaching is thoughtful, his presence is steady, and his commitment to making each class meaningful really shows.
Peter is a force of nature in the best way possible. He is not only an exceptional trainer but also a natural mentor. He pushes you to limits you didn’t even know existed and somehow makes you excited to go there. His positive energy is contagious; it elevates the entire room. Peter has a way of challenging you that feels empowering rather than intimidating. He holds you to a higher standard because he sees potential in you that you might not yet see in yourself. His encouragement, leadership, and genuine passion for helping people grow make him truly unforgettable.
Together, these trainers and the entire Madabolic staff have created something very rare, a place where people don’t just work out; they evolve. You’ve built a culture of strength, resilience, support, and consistency. It’s a community that lifts people up, holds them accountable, and reminds them of who they can be at their very best.

I have trained athletically since the age of ten years old. I’ve represented my county in England and raced at national and international levels in Europe and now nationally in America as a masters athlete. MADabolic is one of the best all round body conditioning and fitness-level improving programs I have encountered and participated in. With clear guidance from the instructor-trainers I am guided expertly through my weaknesses and strengths. The program builds strength, endurance, and fitness in all areas. The athletic-driven environment inspires me to compete within myself to reach new levels of strength and fitness. Each instructor-trainer is excellent and well experienced. The atmosphere is great and every level of participant is welcomed with open arms to engage in the program at their level. I highly recommend this program. Just turn up and the group dynamic will turn you into you your best athletic self! Amen 🙏💥‼️

This gym is amazing!! I have been going here for about a year and a half and I love all the coaches and the variety of the classes. No two classes are the same and it’s awesome to have a different workout everyday. The MADfamily is also amazing. Everyone cheers each other on, high fives each other, and encourages one another to keep going. It’s just a wonderful place to not just workout, but to grow and find community.

I love coming to Madabolic in Scotts Valley. It is never boring and the trainers make sure I am doing the exercises correctly, so not to injure myself. The atmosphere is very upbeat and super supportive, not only from the trainers, but also from the group, which is important to me, as I am the senior citizen, and not in the best shape.

The best gym around! If your looking for highly qualified trainers and a easy to follow program this is the spot. Its a quick no fuss in and out program. The community they have built is like a family. Everyone there is building eachother up and pouring into one another. Come experience it first hand. You won't regret it! Best decision I made was trying the 5$ for 5 days. You'll be hooked! Don't just take my word for it....try it and see for yourself.

The time flies by. Excellent workout in an hour. Lots of variation, enthusiastic and excellent coaching during every session. Chronologically I'm almost 60...with MAD, my real age...let's say 45 and going down! I also really appreciate the culture that has been created at MAD…I work alongside people ranging from their early 20’s to their 70’s, all body types and abilities. It is a fun welcoming and encouraging environment. The rising tide lifts all ships!

I've been a member at MADabolic for a few months now and have really enjoyed the workouts and the coaches. Working out doesn't come naturally, and the thought of group fitness was REALLY intimidating to me. I find the coaches to be really patient and helpful. They are wonderful at encouraging/pushing me to not give up on a heavier weight and always helpful with proper form (without feeling judged). The workout is incredibly hard, but also fulfilling to complete. Kudos to this great group of coaches who have cultivated a supportive and accepting environment - no matter what one's fitness level is.

This class is worth every penny. I am an avid workout class fan and have tried Barry’s, CORE40, f45 and orange theory. This class is my favorite of them all. It is a sustainable workout that makes you feel athletic and strong. They do not promote over training and care about good form. Peter and team are phenomenal and a pleasure to take class with. Love it!

The staff is very nice a knowledgeable. The facility is super clean with great extra amenities like hair ties. The work outs are great for everyone. It’s interval group work outs, it doesn’t matter how fit you are or what your baseline is. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get fit or stay fit. Loving these work outs!

I've been a member of MADabolic Scotts Valley for only 3 months, but I've already seen a big difference in my fitness. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the community is incredibly supportive. I've never felt like I fit in at a gym before, but MADabolic has changed that. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the coaches are always there to help you succeed. One month at this gym and my life has completely changed. I am a mom of a toddler, teacher, and full-time grad student and didn’t think I had time to join a gym. Former D1 college athlete and wife of a physical therapist and former pro baseball player. I have seen my fair share of gyms and have had weightlifting coaches and trainers. This program is incredibly addicting. I found a way to prioritize these classes because of how incredible they make me feel. Physically and mentally. the coaches are highly knowledgeable and adapt the classes to your needs. My mother-in-law gets an equally satisfying workout. I love the community aspect and the variety of people, body types, backgrounds and energy that come with each class.

Words cannot adequately express how completely stoked I am on everything about MADabolic Scotts Valley. First of all, the programming and the science behind the workout structure is incredible and it can accommodate anyone from the elite athlete to the first-timer. The focus on functional movement means that you not only see rapid results, but your day-to-day quality of life is drastically improved. Peter, Gustavo, and the entire staff are incredibly friendly, immensely knowledgeable, and they maintain a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The culture of this MADabolic community is supportive and friendly, and it establishes a shared passion for health and happiness. Over the years, I have participated in a vast array of fitness activities, classes and fads. I was even in the gym management and personal training business way back when. Nothing I have ever done begins to compare with my experience at MADabolic. This is a special place, run by amazing people, attended by wonderful humans, and doing something fresh, new, effective, and fun. You have to try this!

First and foremost it is the people that make or break a place and the individuals coaching and running MADabolic Scotts Valley are top tier humans and coaches. They are incredibly supportive, kind, but can also whip you into shape. If you are just starting your journey into a healthier/better version of yourself or been working out for years you can take away so much from Peter and Gustavo. They will adapt to your speed and improve it, they will work with your ability while still pushing you to the next level of your fitness, all while doing so in a safe and proper manner. If you are ready to start or elevate your fitness, get stronger, and listen to good music while doing so this is the place for you. You have nothing to loose but so much to gain. Give it a try you’ll be happy you did, no doubt about it.

So grateful I found MADabolic. I drive from Santa Cruz and it’s fully worth it. The facility is clean, with fans and AC. The trainers are high caliber and make sure your form is correct. The environment is welcoming and everyone’s energy is fun and friendly. The workouts are tough, constantly changing and fun. I love getting to hit a bag every class too… everyone needs to hit a bag every once in awhile 🤩

MADabolic Scotts Valley is exactly what I needed to get back in shape. At 66 years old I was hesitant about joining this gym, but after one month …. I can honestly say it was a great decision. Any movement can be scaled, and you can go as often as you like, just listen to your body. Every day is different … which I love … and the coaches spend a lot of time on explaining each movement. But what I like most of all, the amazing owner, the fabulous coaches, and all of my fellow MADabolic Scotts Valley members! I look forward to going each session I attend. And I feel so energized when I leave.

I love MADabolic! The group classes are fun and everyone who attends is nice and friendly. The classes are tough but so much fun. I get an extreme boost in energy and mood after each class. Classes consist of five stations, at least two of which are always strength based, one boxing station and one or two cardio based stations. Each participant is able to adjust each exercise to their individual level of fitness so everyone from beginners to elite athletes can get a great workout. The instructors are absolutely fantastic. They focus of maintaining proper form and are always encouraging. I hope to see you there!

My husband and I really enjoy going to Mad in Scott’s valley. I have been to several gyms and have done several at home workouts and I really enjoy going to this place. There isn’t more than 20 people per class and it feels like a community. I see the same group on Monday Wednesday and Friday and I really enjoy the workouts. Different workouts each day that challenge you. You aren’t competing against anyone but yourself and I really like the challenge.
