Marielle has been a personal trainer for about 8 years and is dedicated to getting her clients the results they desire. Her clientele is extensive, exercise programming includes but is not limited to posture, functional training, weight loss and competition prep.

I’ve been working out with Mari for a while now and she’s awesome.
I do the group workouts (sometimes single training too) and the thing that always stands out to me is her attention to what exercises work for MY body. She makes adjustments so I will get the best strength training I possibly can.
She leads our classes with encouragement as well as humor so I always leave feeling better and stronger.

Mari is not only a fabulous trainer but also very knowledgeable in her field of expertise! No matter your fitness level she will help you surpass your goals with compassion and the accountability you need from a trainer and fitness mentor. She is tough but she simultaneously creates a friendly and fun atmosphere during her workouts that keeps you wanting to come back. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Mari is the kind of trainer everyone needs. It doesn’t matter your background, whether you’ve trained before or this is your first time. Mari is compassionate and tough. She will push you to be your best self, even if you don’t feel like you can do it. She will accommodate your schedule, talk to you about food, stretching, cardio, and self care. She’ll push you to your limit and call it “easy peasy.” Mari created a workout community that made me feel welcomed, strong, and let me know I can do hard things.

The proof is in the picture! Mari is theee BEST trainer. I was involved in a bad car accident that left me with 3 herniated disc that are pushing on my sciatic nerve. I reached out to her after I did everything BUT have surgery so the journey begin at 366lbs. I started 11/2023 weeks aren’t even 2 yrs in and I’ve lost 162lbs because at my biggest I’ve been 388lbs 😌. I have also relieved myself of my sciatic nerve pain/spasms. I also run and completed my 1st half marathon thanks to her. If you are serious about wanting to change your life this is your trainer. Mari can train any age and any injury I’m walking proof! 💜

Mari is absolutely amazing! Mari has been my trainer for approximately 4 weeks now, and I feel so much stronger and I have so much more energy. She honestly motivates me to be the best version of myself through fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Her enthusiasm is infectious! Mari is personable, knowledgeable, and she really cares about her clients. All in all, Mari is honestly the best, and I am so happy that I found her to be my personal trainer!!

I had been going to the gym to get my workout in but my gym has been closed for about a year since COVID-19 protocols. I had also been going to physical therapy to recover from a stroke and having both knees replaced. With physical therapy ended and the gym closed, I was having a hard time self-motivating to continue my strength and balance building at home. A friend of mine recommended MARI. MARI has successfully transitioned her in-person personal-training sessions to COVID-19 safe online sessions. Which is great for me because I am 40 miles away from MARI’s gym.
MARI is an exceptional personal-trainer! She assessed my capabilities and gym gear I have at
home and she custom-designed a grueling strength building/balance program that has me gaining strength and balance weekly. When I say grueling, I don’t mean impossibly painful, I mean appropriately beyond my physical limits to achieve what I set out to do with physical exercise sessions (able to walk without a cane, be able to easily get on and off floor, be able to carry a pitcher of water across kitchen without spilling a drop, etc).
My friend who recommended MARI, isn’t recovering from physical handicaps. It was his experience of going from being able to just do 3 push ups a session to now being able to do three sets of 20 pushups (plus “mountain climbers”, planks, and bench pressing 270lbs, leg press 450lbs) that convinced me MARI is capable of working successfully with anyone.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARI, both for online personal training and in-person at her gym.

Mari is a great fitness trainer. She brings a high energy and very motivated atmosphere to each of her training sessions, always fun and powering. She keeps me on track with my workouts and dieting, just to make sure she gets me to my goal. the drive and dedicating she has brings out the best in me, even on the days where I want to quit or be lazy, she makes sure it's not an option. I loved my online training with Mari! She’s awesome! She always stayed on top of me and found ways to keep motivating me in order to get the most out of me. Mari is a really great resource for everything you need to know health wise, meal prep, losing weight, gaining weight, building muscle, posing for body building competitions. A one stop shop! She keeps things fun and interesting and she’s also really funny :)
