I met with Megan twice a week for three months. My strength, balance and endurance increased substantially in that short amount of time. Just as importantly, I didn’t suffer from any injuries! Working with Megan was the ultimate form of SELF CARE. If you are on the fence about doing it, DO IT. Spend the money, and invest in yourself. I got to work out with her via zoom, and it worked perfectly for me having young kids. I would just roll out of bed, and get it done first thing in the morning and felt great all day. And I could do it even if I was out of town.
Strength training always felt scary to me, but working with Megan was nothing less than EXTRAORDINARY. She helped me to learn my body mechanics, and made such gentle, and subtle adjustments while I worked out that helped me feel so much better. I learned how to work out the correct way. If I had any aches or pains, she would adjust my workout accordingly. I love her calm, empowering approach to working out. It doesn’t have to be a “No pain, no gain,” approach. I always thought back pain was just normal, and to this day, because of gaining strength and mobility, I do not have back pain. And I can lift heavy things.
Her dedication to encouraging women on such a deep level is inspiring. I now have the CONFIDENCE to work out independently, and the physical and mental strength I have gained as a direct result of working with Megan is LIFE CHANGING.

Megan is a great trainer. She is personable and organized. During the session she ensures the client is using the proper form, always allowing for weight adjustments as needed. She allows for clients to get what they want out of a session. You come in with your goals and Megan is always happy to adjust as things change. Her style is for your average person, not someone who is looking to compete or really go crazy in the gym. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get one on one training in a relaxed environment.

I was one of the winners for her scholarship program and Megan trained me 2x a week there is honestly nothing bad a can say about my experience. Even after two weeks I noticed my confidence beginning to boost. I love that you don’t have to think about what workouts you have to do, you just show up. She pushes you just enough to want you to come back and not make you dread working out. If you’re looking for a 1-1 trainer Megan is your gal. I can’t recommend her enough!!

So I decided it was time to lose weight and get in shape. I recently had ACL surgery and my leg was extremely weak! So I did what most of us do and Googled "personal trainer near me". Up came MD Training and it was not far from me. So I emailed and made an appointment. When I first met Megan she was extremely kind and I could tell immediately she knew what she was doing. I explained I recently had the ACL surgery and that is was time to get healthy and strong. I was concered about my knee and not being able to do certain exercises, which Megan took into account.
Megan has a great way of pushing you to continue. She is not a trainer who will yell or be mean to you, and at the same time she does not let you off the hook either. Everytime I go I know my butt is going to get kicked, in the best way possible. Every session is different and demanding. I actually enjoy working out and enjoy every session. I even find myself Googling different exercises and reading about them. And the best part is everything that she explains to me and tells me is confirmed by other trainers as well.
I cannot recommend Megan enough! I am so happy to have found a kind but demanding trainer who has my best intrest at heart. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes each session fun and hard!
