Main Sav Fitness has tremendously changed and Impacted my life in so many positive ways not only did I gain my confidence back but I started to feel better and look better and was able to handle everything in my lift better I’ve been loyal to the soil for 3 years now and this will forever be my home gym. Yvette the owner and coach always delivers the best workouts you get full body workout along with cardio and bag rounds. She never disappoints and always comes with the best knockout workouts that will leave you feeling your best and ready to take on anything in your life. Yvette is a very impactful and uplifting coach she will go above and beyond for her clients to reach them to their goals. Main Sav Fitness is an uplifting positive community and environment. Not only does Coach Yvette have years of martial arts experience under her belt as a Muay Thai/kickboxing fighter, but she is also an amazing coach that motivates her students to push themselves out of their comfort zone mentally and physically in every class. Her classes are well rounded, and she incorporates a mixture of high intensity workouts along with stretching and kickboxing techniques. Coach Yvette not only offers kickass classes at her gym, but she also offers personal one on one sessions with clients. I love coach Yvette & her program . I've lost about 15 pounds . I thought I could never do it but I simply enjoy being there. It’s truly motivating! Hitting the bag has helped me relieve stress. I feel really good after each session.
