I have been taking the prenatal Flow and Fusion classes at Mamaflow, and they are absolutely amazing! Cat, the instructor, is incredibly energetic and motivating. She really pushes you to safely go beyond your limits and always helps correct your form when needed. I especially love the Fusion classes - each session focuses on a specific body part, and the mix of intensity and purposeful movement leaves me feeling stronger every time. Highly recommend for any expecting moms looking for a great prenatal workout!

I did prenatal classes until labor, in fact I was there just a few hours before labor started! I love the studio, the instructors and the classes helped me a lot during pregnancy. Now I’m back with my little one for postpartum classes.

Mama Flow is the go-to spot for prenatal and postpartum workout classes. I started going to Mama Flow classes at 13 weeks pregnant and still love going now that I am 5 months postpartum. I think the classes truly helped prepare my mind and body for birth.
The owner, Cat, does an amazing job of creating a community to help moms feel seen and supported. She is a wealth of knowledge and goes out of her way to get to know and support everyone who comes to class.
I highly recommend Mama Flow classes to all new moms!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Mama Flow! I was nervous to get back into moving my body after an unexpected c section and complications. Cat (the owner) is so empathetic and well-versed in postpartum care. Mama Flow is an inviting, safe space to explore movement in this new chapter of my life! I love going to a studio where my name and experience are remembered. I’ve been taking the postpartum core and floor rehab classes and I can’t recommend them enough. It’s wonderful that you can bring your baby so childcare isn’t a concern. They have mats and toys for babies, as well as a changing station and breastfeeding pillows. Cat has even carried around my fussy daughter while teaching class :) It doesn’t hurt that the studio is super cute too!

Can't recommend this studio enough. I went to Mama Flow throughout my second and third trimesters. Amazing to have a yoga studio dedicated specifically for prenatal and postpartum women. Whereas other yoga studios may have one prenatal class a week, so useful to have a full class schedule throughout the week tailored for mamas. Everything from the adjusted yoga positions to accommodate a growing belly, preparing mentally and physically for labor, and being a part of a community of women going through the same experience.
I also love the additional workshops provided. My partner and I took the 4Ps labor prep class, and it was super useful from a mindset perspective and to give us the knowledge and tools to make labor just a little more manageable. :)

I’m so glad to have found mama flow in my postpartum journey! The supportive environment and knowledge this place holds has played an immense role in my healing journey as a mom!
Cat and Chelsea are incredible instructions with years of knowledge. They have a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pelvic floor movement. All the classes are well programmed and keep both physical and mental healing in mind. What I like most about mama flow is its inclusivity and how the instructors offer different levels of movement and tailor the class to your physical ability depending on where you are in your postpartum journey. There are moms who are fresh postpartum or moms who are further along and the class caters to all moms. The instructors focus on the quality of movements and reps not quantity. You can go on a pace you’re safe and comfortable.
If you’re a mama who is not ready to leave your little one at home you can bring them to class with you! I was nervous at first but the instructors really help you and even hold the babies if they’re a little fussy!
I started in postpartum rehab and worked my way up to postpartum sculpt and carrier sculpt. The postpartum sculpt is challenging not only for a postpartum mom but for anyone! It’s a mix of weights and Pilates. I still like to attend postpartum rehab to work on my core strength after my c section. I highly recommend all the classes

I have been attending Mama Flow classes since week 12 of pregnancy and I am now at week 30! Mama flow has given me so many tools to stay mentally and physically strong, to have confidence in my changing body, along with an incredibly supportive community of women! Taking a combo of their different class options has helped me stay limber, reduce back pain, and prepare for birth. I highly recommend Mama Flow for expecting mothers! I will continue postpartum classes after baby comes. 10/10 Mama Flow!!!

If you are looking for yoga classes during and after your pregnancy, you can be assured that the classes will benefit you in one or more ways. I'm glad I found this place and looking back, it has helped me immensely. I'm continuing postpartum classes and that in itself is testimony.
Cat and the other instructors newly onboarded are great at verbal instructions, setting purpose and meaning to each and every exercise. Hoping to share this with the community so the expectant moms have a smoother journey.

I've been coming to Mama Flow for the past few months and can't recommend it enough! I was looking for a prenatal exercise routine that was both effective and felt safe, and found Mama Flow to be a perfect fit! They have a great variety of classes that range from upbeat to relaxing, and all of their prenatal classes prep you for pregnancy and birth. The owner, Cat, and all of the instructors are truly amazing - knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. I've always felt I'm in good hands since the instructors are all yoga/pilates instructors and birth doulas. I am a Mama Flow fan for life!

I wish wish wish I had discovered Mama Flow when I was pregnant but so incredibly grateful to have found it postpartum!! I started classes when my daughter was 5 weeks old and she’s now almost 5 months. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the studio, the classes, the instructors, and the community. It’s been so awesome to meet fellow moms in similar stages of life and it’s been so good to have a dedicated space to motivate me to move my body! I started with the core rehab classes where baby is on the floor with you. I have since taken basically any additional class that I can take my daughter with me to while I’m on mat leave! Cat and the team at Mama Flow are just the absolute best and sweetest and are constantly working to cater to the community. I’ve enjoyed all the additional classes that have been added since I started and I absolutely LOVE each one including the dance cardio (I’m a horrific dancer but literally still love it!!) and the new stroller barre! I’ve never been great at self motivation when it comes to working out, especially now with 2 kids at home, and so having a space where I can be myself, bring my baby, AND feel like I’m getting a great workout in has been a game changer! Highlight of the day whenever I make it to a class. Highly recommend mama flow for all stages of your motherhood journey!

This review is long overdue, as attending Cat’s prenatal yoga class was one of the most meaningful experiences of my pregnancy. From the very first session, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and deeply calming. Cat created a safe and supportive space where every participant felt seen and cared for.
Each class not only provided physical relief and relaxation but also offered valuable insight into the labor and delivery process. Cat thoughtfully guided us through what to expect and how to prepare, both physically and mentally.
I began attending at 12 weeks and continued until week 38. During that time, the class became a highlight of my week. At the final session, Cat presented me with a tiara—a symbolic gesture celebrating readiness and accomplishment—which brought me genuine joy and a deep sense of fulfillment.
I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would highly recommend Cat’s class to anyone navigating pregnancy.

I am all in with Mama Flow! I took Prenatal Yoga FUSION during my last month of pregnancy, and it helped me feel more confident and ready for labor and delivery. I appreciated the education woven into the classes, which helped me understand more about what was happening in my body. With Cat’s doula experience, the classes also encouraged phenomenal mental preparation for the birth process!
5 weeks after delivery, I started attending the Postpartum Core+Floor REHAB classes, which have been a game changer in my postpartum recovery. I was supported as I eased back in after giving birth. The classes helped me learn how to breathe in a way that engages my deep core muscles, helping retrain my postpartum body. Furthermore, since the classes have incredible range, I am still building strength and getting a good sweat every rehab class at 5 months postpartum! There are certainly opportunities to level up the strength and cardio challenge levels! Cat, and the instructors she has brought on board (shout out to Chelsea!), are so knowledgeable and experienced in the area of perinatal and pelvic floor health! They are generous with their time for questions after class, which has helped me track and optimize my personal recovery. It has also been fun to share classes with my baby! The studio is so welcoming and supportive of mamas bringing babies to class! As an added bonus, I have found such a supportive community of women to share the journey and exchange postpartum stories with. Mama Flow has been a huge part of my transition into parenthood. I cannot recommend this studio enough!!!

I can’t recommend Mama Flow enough! After gaining 40 pounds during my pregnancy, I was searching for a safe, supportive, and effective way to reconnect with my body—and I found all that and more here. Thanks to Cat, the incredible owner and instructor, I’ve not only lost nearly all the weight, but I’ve also gained something even more valuable: confidence in myself, my capabilities, and my body.
Cat’s classes are expertly designed for postpartum recovery. I’ve learned how to properly engage my pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, which has made a huge difference in my daily functionality—everything from lifting my baby to simply moving through the day feels stronger and more supported.
What truly sets Mama Flow apart is the community Cat has built. It’s an open, non-judgmental, welcoming, and deeply supportive environment where you can connect with other moms who are navigating similar challenges. Knowing I’m not alone in this journey has been incredibly empowering.
Cat also has an amazing network of professionals and has shared wonderful referrals with me—from pelvic floor specialists to doctors and massage therapists. She genuinely cares about each mama’s full well-being, not just fitness.
If you’re a new mom or experienced mom looking to heal, grow, and feel strong again—Mama Flow is the place to be. 💪💕

I discovered Mama Flow when I was 25 weeks pregnant, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. I was navigating my first pregnancy, dealing with nausea and fatigue, having to give up my boxing classes, and trying to manage work on top of it all. I knew I needed to slow down, take a breath, and find a supportive community that understood what I was going through.
From the very first Prenatal Flow class, Cat welcomed me with open arms! Her warmth, support, and understanding have been a constant source of comfort. Now at 10 weeks postpartum, I'm continuing my journey with her in the Postpartum Rehab classes, and I feel stronger after every session- rebuilding my strength and reconnecting with my body.
The community Cat has built is so special. It is uplifting, nurturing, and full of amazing mamas. I've even made friends with women I first met during the prenatal classes, and it’s been beautiful to continue our journey together.
Cat is an incredible instructor. I'm so grateful to have found her and Mama Flow during such a transformative time in my life💛

If you are looking for a way to nurture your body during pregnancy, prepare for labor, heal and recover during postpartum, and join a wonderful, supportive community of women, look no further than Mama Flow Studio!
I’ve been going to Mama Flow Studio for about a year and cannot recommend it enough. I’ve attended both prenatal and postpartum classes as well as workshops. I’ve taken many yoga classes over the years and Cat has been, hands down, my favorite instructor. Aside from being a wonderful fitness instructor, Cat has been an incredible resource always providing recommendations for doulas, pelvic floor therapists, and so much more.
The space that Mama Flow Studio has created for pregnant women and mothers is such a blessing to be a part of. I’ve been able to connect with many women and create strong friendships as a result of the community that Cat has created.

I have been coming to Mama Flow since 11 weeks pregnant a few months ago. It is a wonderful community and Cat is amazing. The yoga focus on a lot of breath work and pelvis movement, which are important for the birthing process.
Cat is welcoming, attentive and full of energy. I also like that the studio offers workshops that can further help us with our journey. I would recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant, or recovering after giving birth.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mama Flow for both prenatal and postpartum classes. Cat Gieser is a wonderful teacher and a special person, who has brought her vision of creating a special place for moms to life! Her prenatal classes helped me physically and mentally navigate my pregnancy, and I attribute my breathing techniques during labor and delivery to her classes as well. The postpartum classes are equally great, and there are a variety of postpartum classes after "graduating" from the initial rehab class. The initial rehab class focuses a lot on abdominal and pelvic floor rehab, which is very important postpartum. I think I am in better shape after my pregnancy than I was before it! Cat's classes are great for all levels, and she provides enough support and instruction to be safe while also offering a good physical challenge.
Mama Flow has also been a wonderful place for meeting other moms, making friends, and creating a community. I am very grateful to be part of this community, and I feel lucky to have found this studio!
Additionally, Cat is now expanding her studio to add more teachers and classes, and I am really excited for the studio and proud of all her success! Cat also brings in experts in lactation and babycare for special workshops, and Cat seems to always be thinking of ways to offer other fun activities, like a mother's day event and a new dad/partner stroll during the class (which seems like a great idea to give partners a supportive community as well!). I am excited to see what Cat will think of next!

I’ve attended Cat’s prenatal classes and recently started joining her postpartum sessions as well. Before this, I tried yoga classes but never felt like I was getting a real workout. Cat’s classes, however, strike the perfect balance of challenge, leaving me feeling like I’ve truly pushed myself after each session. The workouts are thoughtfully tailored to meet the needs of pregnant women and new mothers, focusing on core strength, arm muscles (which are crucial for carrying a growing baby), breathing techniques—an essential tool for childbirth—and more. These sessions really help me feel more connected to my body.
In the prenatal classes, Cat draws on her experience as a doula, introducing relevant topics at the beginning of each session, such as pain management during labor or what to expect with induction. These have been incredibly insightful and timely, helping me feel more empowered and prepared for delivery.
Mama Flow Studio is so much more than just fitness classes; it’s a supportive community that helps women navigate the journey of motherhood, helping them connect with themselves and with others.

Over the past two months, I’ve been training with Cat, who is incredibly knowledgeable about postpartum health and fitness. She provided valuable suggestions for my recovery and overall well-being. In our private sessions, she was extremely patient in correcting my posture to ensure I engaged the right muscles. She also incorporated a great variety of exercises targeting the core, upper body, and lower body, making each session both safe and effective.
At first, I wasn’t sure what exercises were safe for me after giving birth, but Cat took the time to evaluate my health condition before we started, which gave me confidence in my recovery process. I struggled with pelvic floor stability before, but after working with Cat, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall body stability.
Mama Flow Studio also offers prenatal exercise, and I truly wish I had trained with them during my pregnancy! If you're a new mom looking for expert guidance and a supportive environment, I highly recommend Mama Flow Studio.

I can’t say enough about Mamaflow and Cat Geiser — I am so grateful to have had this studio as part of my of prenatal and postpartum journey. The prenatal classes prepared me for labor and kept me active/ moving into late pregnancy. The post partum classes brought me back — I had an uphill recovery following a rocky c section and wasn’t sure how long it would take for my body to heal and fully recover. I am now 4 months postpartum, feeling stronger than ever. My diasis recti has healed and my core is stronger than before I was pregnant.
More than the fitness, Mamaflow is an incredible community of mamas that has been a lifeline during my postpartum journey as a first time mom. Cat is a wonderful human who creates such a welcoming space for mamas and their little ones. I love bringing my son to class, while rebuilding my strength with such an amazing group of woman. I came across Mama Flow one early morning, it was 3am and I was nursing my little boy. I felt like I was ready to get back into working out but I didn’t want to do it without my little man. I’d seen all these studios in LA and NYC where you could work out with your baby and I just really wanted that experience for myself. So you can imagine my happiness when I typed in baby and mommy workout studio near me and Mama Flow came up! I immediately signed up for classes. I did the dance class with my little boy and my life was changed! I then did the sculpt class and it helped me so much with my post partum
Pelvic pain. Cat the owner and instructor is patient, she’s kind and very very sweet with how she facilitates. I learned new dance moves and had fun while my son contact napped. I felt stronger and happier after each class. I wish I knew about this studio while I was pregnant because they offer prenatal workouts too! I’ll be back for those! All in all, I can’t recommend this studio highly enough, it
has been amazing building muscle and community with other moms and although now that I’m Back to work and it’s hard to attend the classes, I just know I’ll be back soon and I can’t wait! Such a sweet treat for anyone’s post partum journey!

Pros:
- The instructor started the class by answering the questions people had from the previous session
- When the actual class started, she guided us through the exercise
- The moves are very similar to pilates classes
Cons:
- The studio is super small and there were way too many people. You could almost touch the people next to you. For the amount we are paying, I would expect better quality studio.
- No paper towel in the bathroom. There was a regular cotton towel for everyone’s use. I would expect better hygiene standards
I wish there were other studios with better amenities. It is impossible to find clean, well ventilated studios in Bay Area.
I will stick to online classes until I find something better.

As a first time Mom I rarely feel in the position to give advice, but I am extremely confident that I can recommend going to Mama Flow to other mamas! I started coming here when I was only 5 weeks. I was able to meet other moms and hear where they are planning to delivering, and Cat also gave me really good pointers on which hospital would fit me best. I love that the classes feel challenging but are not too strenuous. I leave feeling like I got a good workout in but never exhausted. Cat also provides suggested modifications for any movements that may be more challenging to moms who are further along. Beyond being an instructor, Cat is also a mom and a doula so she is really knowledgable and it feels like you can ask her anything. I love that she is so open to giving support, and also creates space for moms to connect with each other.
I am SO sad that I am moving so pretty soon I won't be able to go to Mama Flow anymore. Y'all have no idea how lucky you are to be in driving distance of this studio, so take advantage of it!

I tried my first class five months postpartum and wish I'd known about and tried Mama Flow classes sooner! After trying both the Floor Rehab & Foundations and Carrier Cardio Sculpt classes, I looked forward to them every week.
My first class, I was going to be a few minutes late, and I almost talked myself out of going, because I was nervous to show up late and disrupt the class, but decided to risk it and go. I'm so glad I did! I quickly learned that Cat and the other moms in attendance are completely understanding to the needs of moms and their babies, and there is zero pressure. Running late? No problem; show up any time and easily jump right into wherever they are in the class. Fussy baby? No problem; nurse/feed a bottle right in the studio or the back room, change their diaper, hold them, hand them off to Cat for a few minutes, whatever you need! The class goes on and no one judges.
Cat makes the classes very enjoyable as well, providing modifications based on your ability and comfort. I particularly loved the carrier class because not only was it a great workout, but the dances were really fun (no prior dance experience needed!), and my baby was usually laughing and smiling while we moved and often dozing off by the end.
It can be really intimidating as a first time mom to start going out with your baby by yourself, and this is a great option for somewhere to go. I always felt very welcome and made friends with several other moms who attended, and we'd often grab coffee or lunch together at nearby shops after class.

Working with Cat was hands down the best decision I made during my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. She was absolutely amazing in every role she took on—prenatal and postnatal trainer, as well as my birth doula. Her support, guidance, and care made my entire experience truly special and memorable.
Throughout my pregnancy, she helped me feel strong and prepared with her thoughtful and effective prenatal training. During labor and delivery, her presence was incredibly calming and empowering—she gave me the confidence to embrace the moment fully. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula.
After giving birth, I did private postpartum rehab with her for 8 weeks, and it was transformative. She helped me reconnect with my body and regain confidence in a way I didn’t think was possible so soon. Her knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach made all the difference.
If I ever have another pregnancy, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with her again. I am endlessly grateful for everything she did to make this such an incredible journey for me.

I have been working with Cat from 16 weeks pregnant to 6 months postpartum. I have been to several prenatal classes in the area and hers is by far the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. I felt great physically throughout my pregnancy, during birth, and postpartum thanks to her. She is also well connected with some of the most gifted birth workers on the planet and will refer you to people. I don’t know how Cat has so much energy, joy, and expertise but you have got to get your butt to her studio and get into the radius of her light she is such a gift to the Bay Area moms and I am eternally grateful for the huge role she played in one of the most challenging times in my life (that was so much smoother and enjoyable. Cat was my birth doula and l also happen to do prenatal/postpartum sessions with her. She is hands down the best doula in the bay and this comes straight from the nurses that happen to be in the delivery room. They were all amazed by the knowledge, care and the lovely human Cat is. She had one more delivery on the same schedule date as mine but as if universe was on my side and it all worked out with she being by my side right at that delivery table. She was so patient, helped and educated us with all our possible birth preferences. She was a thorough advocate and kept informing as about all the options we had through my 20 hour plus labor. My husband was so impressed by her professionalism and agrees to the fact that we would have been so anxious if it wasn’t for Cat being with us through the process. It so happen that my obgyn had last min travel plans and we were left helpless but Cat literally held my hand and said to me ‘You got this’. I can keep on writing on how good she is but l would just end it by saying, if god willing l ever plan to have another child, Cat is going to be there with me.

I feel so lucky to have found Cat! After suffering from chronic back pain for 1.5 years postpartum, I tried everything—physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, massages. While they helped temporarily, the relief never lasted more than a couple of days.
That all changed when I started private training sessions with Cat. Her tailored exercise program has been truly transformational. Not only has she helped me cure my back pain, but I’ve also grown stronger, more confident, and now I can hold my baby all day without breaking my back!

I have worked extensively with Cat as part of the community of perinatal providers in the Bay Area. In my work as an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist, I am able to wholeheartedly recommend Cat to my pregnant and postpartum clients. I know they will be provided with the best care possible. Cat is a birth doula and also provides extensive, safe and high quality movement classes during pregnancy and postpartum through Mama Flow Studio.
As a birth doula, Cat’s passion for ensuring her clients have the safest and most optimal birth experience shines through in all she does. Her knowledge is vast and her communication superb. Her kindness and compassion for clients and her understanding of the intricacies that play a role in their pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum journeys is amazing. Cat is proactive at referring clients for any pelvic floor or other pregnancy and postpartum related issues and birth preparation. This allows pregnant clients to have optimal comfort and learn how to connect to, relax, and lengthen the pelvic floor muscles and learn various pushing techniques for labor and delivery.
Cat’s class offerings at Mama Flow Studio encompass everything from yoga, pilates, core strengthening, strength training, pelvic floor training, birth preparation, mindfulness and breath work during pregnancy and postpartum. I highly recommend Cat for anyone looking for a birth doula and/or perinatal exercise specialist!

As a first-time parent-to-be, my partner and I were understandably nervous about the birthing process. Enter Cat, our guiding light through this transformative journey.
From our initial meeting to the moment we welcomed our little one into the world, Cat exuded professionalism, compassion, and expertise.
She was not just a doula; she became an integral part of our birth team, offering unwavering support and reassurance every step of the way. Her calming presence and extensive knowledge of birthing techniques were invaluable during labor. She provided personalized guidance tailored to our preferences, ensuring we felt empowered and in control throughout the process. In the 11th hour of our labor, baby was facing sidelined which could have meant an emergency C-section. Cat jumped in to help with shifting positions and we were able to get the baby turned around just in time to start pushing. Her knowledge allowed us to have the vaginal birth we always dreamed of having.
Beyond her exceptional support during labor, Cat went above and beyond to provide postpartum care and guidance. She offered invaluable advice on breastfeeding, newborn care, and emotional support during those tender early days of parenthood.
What truly sets Cat apart is her genuine passion for supporting families during one of life's most profound experiences. She not only supported me and my partner but also fostered a sense of community among our birthing team, including medical professionals and family members.
Thanks to Cat, our birth experience was not only positive but transformative. She helped us navigate the complexities of childbirth with grace and confidence, leaving us feeling empowered and ready to embrace parenthood.
If you're looking for a birth doula who brings expertise, compassion, and unwavering support to your birthing journey, look no further than Cat. She is a true gem in the world of birth support, and we feel incredibly grateful to have had her by our side. Thank you, Cat, for helping us welcome our little miracle into the world with love and strength!!!

I can’t recommend Cat enough! She was amazing throughout my pregnancy, offering prenatal, birth, and postpartum Pilates training that really helped me out. We did private 1:1 virtual sessions, and Cat always paid attention to both my physical and mental health.
As a first-time mom, I really appreciated the mental support Cat provided. She customized each session to fit what I needed, making sure I felt supported and confident every step of the way. Her expertise and genuine care helped me stay active and healthy during pregnancy and recover smoothly afterward. Even though our sessions were online, she created such a positive and encouraging vibe!
If you’re looking for a Pilates trainer who really cares about you, Cat is the best choice. Thanks, Cat, for being such a big part of my pregnancy journey!

Cat was my birthing doula, but I also attended her prenatal yoga classes and personal yoga sessions (both prenatal and postpartum)
When my husband and I met Cat, we both agreed that she was the right doula for us. She is so knowledgeable about birth, and her passion really shines through in all that she does. In helping us to develop our birth preferences, she provided us with so much practical information and was so supportive of whatever we decided. She also worked with me and my husband on birthing positions and got my husband involved in practicing what it would be like to physically support me during labor. I feel like our overall birth experience was positive despite the challenges we faced during labor and delivery. We definitely felt very supported throughout the labor process. Cat worked really well with the hospital staff, and respectfully asked questions when it could help to inform any decisions. There were many times where we were so grateful that Cat had asked/clarified something because it changed the course of our decision making.
Once we got home, Cat pointed us to several resources, most notably a lactation consultant who is very knowledgeable and helped us to lower our baby’s bilirubin (which was teetering on requiring a hospital stay).
During our prenatal yoga sessions, Cat would educate moms about how specific movements can facilitate labor, using a model of the pelvis to help visualize it. This was really helpful to see. Now during my postnatal sessions, she has shifted the movements to facilitate healing and re-strengthening of my pelvic floor.
I cannot express how much of a pleasure it is to work with Cat. She has such a vibrant energy and I look forward to every session I have with her. I highly recommend!

As a first time mom and someone who never exercised regularly, I started my prenatal yoga with Cat around 14 weeks of pregnancy and I can’t tell how helpful those classes were!! I tried both SCULPT and FLOW classes and loved both of those! I’m at 34 weeks now and will definitely continue to postpartum classes with her!
She is so knowledgeable (she works as a doula as well) and always helping you if you have any question!

I started taking prenatal yoga classes with Cat when I was about 20 weeks pregnant and let me tell you these classes have been so so helpful to me not just physically but also emotionally and mentally. I just love how these classes are carefully designed for us pregnant ladies and also mommas of young babies. I find that the exercises we do in class make me sweat but are soft and gentle for my growing belly. Cat is an amazing instructor and she is also a trained doula that can answer any questions you have about birth and delivery. I will definitely keep coming to her classes even after my baby is born for postpartum yoga. The studio has room to accomodate strollers and has a place where you can breastfeed and change your baby if needed which is such a plus! I would highly recommend this studio for any mommas of young babies or mommas-to-be!

As a pelvic health occupational therapist, I recommend fitness classes for my pregnant and postpartum patients who need a continuity of care as well as community.
I highly value that Cat is a certified perinatal corrective exercise specialist and is able to teach foundational and preventative techniques. I trust her classes to help my clients improve their core and pelvic floor connection, breathing and posture so that they have better outcomes in pregnancy, childbirth and in postpartum.
Last but not least, she helps build a sense of community for moms to feel more positive and less alone in their journey to motherhood!

Mamas- look no further! I started with Cat while I was struggling postpartum to get back into fitness and the one on one sessions over Zoom have been wonderful. She pays close attention to detail and provides great feedback. With her help, I was able to get back into fitness and feel stronger again. She has helped me in fitness areas and with nutrition changes to try. She listens to my personal story and concerns, and assists me consistently with personalized solutions and ideas. I’ve continued working with her now during pregnancy and I feel like I am in such great hands. I feel so lucky to have found her and to be able to have her as a support during pregnancy and postpartum. She truly cares!

Cat is absolutely amazing. She really takes time to hear from her students and make sure our bodies are being taken care of. The classes are perfectly catered to mommas at any trimester. I started at 20-21 weeks and I am just starting my 27 weeks and my body feels so much stronger. I also feel so much more aware of my body and it's needs. I am very thankful to Cat and her genuine kindness. I will definitely be continuing my classes into postpartum.

I've been loving the prenatal yoga classes with Cat at Mama Flow! I started at 15 weeks pregnant, am now at 35 weeks, and hope to continue working Cat until the baby comes (as well as postpartum). Her classes are strengthening and toning, but also emphasize breathwork (particularly diaphragmatic breathing) and an array of labor stretches and postures to help you prepare for the big day. The community of women at the Los Gatos studio has also been wonderful - it's such a nice way to meet other expecting moms and feel supported and held in community during the pregnancy journey!

Cat is an amazing and beautiful human being. Omg I love her so much! She is so sweet, patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable! After two c sections, my back and the rest of my body screamed "F you" to me every single morning. My diastasis recti was 4-5 finger-widths (bad!), my back was in pain a lot even after getting rest and not sleeping awkwardly because of the kids or something... The list could go on. With Cat's private virtual sessions, I was able to fit in self-care into my hectic work schedule and start the healing process for my body. I'm terrible at self-care but never once canceled a session. Cat adjusted the sessions to my needs, she was accommodating with my schedule, she taught me more about nutrition and didn't push any particular diet, she was understanding whenever my kids barged in on our sessions - there are so many good things I can say about Cat. If you want someone to be in your corner cheering you on and guiding you through your self-care journey postpartum, contact Cat. She is the best!

I was so thankful to have found Cat's in person classes through Casa Natal when I was at the end of my third trimester. It was getting really hard for me to get exercise in and to take care of my body, so I signed up to do her class and it was so helpful. I loved the combination of stretching, strength work, and breathing. Cat is really knowledgeable and cultivates a wonderful environment for expecting moms. the exercises definitely helped me prepare well for my very smooth labor and delivery.

Before I sing Cat's praises, I have to start with the state of postpartum care and women's health in general today: it is dismal. There is a profound lack of providers who have a depth of knowledge when it comes to both arenas and it is a terrible disservice to all women. Thankfully, there are professionals like Cat who specialize in prenatal and postpartum. Her experience as a mom and yoga instructor combined with all her specialized certifications make her a heavyweight in an industry that has more recently been gaining traction. There are a lot of fitness people out there who claim to be experts but not all have done the work Cat has and she continues to educate herself in a field that is ever evolving.
She has a robust library of classes on her site that cover a wide range: flow yoga, sculpt yoga, classes that are 5 minutes or up to an 1 hour as well as a number of videos that target specific problem areas like diastisis recti. She is also available for one-on-one private training over Zoom. I was a little doubtful about Zoom training but she watches me like a hawk during moves that might potentially be troublesome and provides great feedback/cues to help me improve. She is highly responsive and would answer any questions I had even before I was a private client. The cherry on top is that she is a pretty amazing person. She has a wonderfully positive attitude and great sense of humor--I have bust out laughing mid-workout a few times both during private sessions and on my own during a video. I can't recommend Cat more highly!

I highly recommend Cat! She has such a welcoming, contagious, positive, and joyful energy! I am writing this review as someone who has a physical therapy background. Cat is very knowledgeable about pregnancy and postpartum exercise and fitness/yoga. She knows about the pelvic floor and how to support and guide your exercise so that it is individualized to you! So if you're pregnant or postpartum, and looking to prepare for birth or recover during your postpartum season, Cat is your go to!
She offers a yoga membership as well, very reasonable in cost. It's a wonderful addition to add if you're already doing pelvic floor PT, or even just looking for something to keep you engaged, accountable, and supported during your pregnancy and postpartum season. There are useful resources that will help you prepare for birth and strengthen your core to address diastasis recti.
