This was my first time trying yoga, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction than with Mani’s class. Mani is a wonderful instructor: patient, clear, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m learning so much each session, and I already feel more connected to my body and breath. The class flows beautifully, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I leave every class feeling refreshed, stronger, and more grounded. Highly recommend for anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner like me or more experienced!

Before discovering Mindful Yoga, I was not a fan of yoga. I had tried it over the years and just couldn’t connect. That all changed with this studio. Mani and her beautiful space have been an absolute godsend — truly one of the most grounding and healing places I’ve found.
This studio lives up to its name in every way. Every class, every breath, every gentle word from Mani is rooted in presence, care, and authenticity. It's not just about stretching or poses — it's about reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels incredibly supportive and nurturing.
Mani brings such warmth and wisdom to her teaching. Her energy is calming, compassionate, and real. 13/10 recommend!!

Recently attended a blissful afternoon of relaxation at MANI’s yoga studio.
Here we shared an experience of sound in a Reiki-infused Sound Healing Ceremony, designed to bring harmony, peace, and rejuvenation to your mind, body, and soul.
It was a very special session where we were achieved all of the above and more. I would definitely recommend Mani and her team to allow you to recover from everyday stress levels and rejuvenate you. They are very thorough and caring individuals.

Found this gem of a yoga studio in Santa Clarita. Once you walk in you are greeted with so much tranquility by the space itself and the owner Mani! She is such a beautiful person who leads all her classes so amazingly. I'm so happy I found this yoga studio. Plus it's decorated so nicely and is always clean. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to take a restorative and mindful yoga class. Also they host amazing monthly sound baths.

Mani has such a beautiful soul and creates a warm, welcoming space for everyone. Her yoga classes are super relaxing, but also a great stretch for your body. She explains everything really well, so even if you’re new, you won’t feel lost. After every class, I feel less stressed, more flexible, and just overall happier. Ever since I started going, I can’t imagine not doing yoga anymore. If you want a calming and positive experience, I definitely recommend her classes :)

I juat happen to drive by and I stopped by. I had my first class due to my hip hurting. After one month 2 times a week, my hip is healing and feeling 80 percent better. Love it!!!!

I absolutely loved the Mindful Gentle Flow class I took with Mani. The easeful movements felt so nourishing to my body, and she created a supportive space that truly allowed us to relax into the support of her heartfelt words, loving encouragement, and helpful hands-on adjustments. Amazing new studio in SCV! It’s great to have a studio in Saugus for moms to little ones and others who need the convenience of attending a studio close to home. I absolutely adore Mani and this space. She has a variety of classes I’ve experienced Mindfully vibe and revitalize as well as the gentle yoga style classes and they were both incredible and just what I need to recharge. Great teachers and an impeccable vision makes this space very special and totally unique. Please take advantage of the great intro offers ~ you won’t regret giving one of these classes a try✨

Mani is a great yoga instructor and I feel very blessed to learn from her. I had lots of questions about Mani’s studio, teaching style, experiences etc. and Mani answered each and every one of them with utmost patience and understanding.
Mani has created a very safe and calming space inside her beautiful yoga studio .
Mani is a true yogini and is a master at her craft. Not only is Mani an expert and very knowledgeable about what she does but is also a super kind and lovely person. It is very visible while learning from Mani that she teaches from a place of love, caring and compassion and has opened this place so that she can share her peace and serenity with others .
Mani’s positive energy is contagious and after each class with Mani I felt calmer and more energetic. I only have positive things to say about Mani and will highly recommend her.

I signed up for the two week $30 unlimited offer and am really enjoying it! I’ve tried the three different classes Mani has and have appreciated them all in their unique ways.
I have been attending the Mindful Sunrise Flow in the morning and have been slowly learning how to properly stretch and do the poses. Mani does a great job of being hands on and explaining how to improve the stances without straining your body. I really need this extra guidance as I strengthen my muscles postpartum.
With Mindfully Gentle Flow I loved the use of sound bath and how revitalized I felt during the session and post session as well. I felt like I was at the right place at the right time.
Mindfully Awake n Rise really helped recharge my mind and was the perfect escape I needed from busy mom life. I wish I could just magically transport to my bed post this session.
I love the structure of small classes with a 75 minute flow. The 75 minutes goes by smoothly and truly represents mindful yoga!
I would highly encourage trying out a class and seeing which is the best fit for you! And please ask questions (I sure do every session).
