5 weeks in with Manny, and I’m so happy with the changes I’m seeing inside and out. More importantly, I’m not starving myself this time. In the past, I failed again and again because I would restrict too much, get overwhelmed, and let my schedule or social life take over.
These are the clean meals I’ve been eating—high in protein, full of fiber, and low in fat and sugar! I don’t fully understand nutrition, but I just follow the plans he gives me, and it’s working.
Having a one-on-one trainer has helped me build discipline, but not every trainer can do what Manny does. I can’t fully explain it, but I’m truly seeing results. If you’re thinking about it, just go for it—Manny will help you make a change that lasts a lifetime.

Manny is absolutely someone I’d recommend 100%. He’s incredibly approachable, professional, and really knows his stuff. If you ever get injured, he’s got the right recovery exercises and pays attention to every detail. Plus, he’s almost always available and super attentive to his clients. Manny is THE BEST weightlifting coach! From day one, he has consistently challenged me to push beyond my limits while providing the perfect balance of encouragement and motivation. Manny is the best trainer! Weight loss journey is challenging and I’ve worked with different trainers and always ended up injured. Manny knows the right exercises for fast and good results and listens to client needs. He’s accessible and any question I have on diet & nutrition he’s always accessible and willing to help and coach. Just in 7 weeks I’ve lost 12.5lbs! Boom shakalaka!
I’ve been working out on my own for most of my life in Crossfit, Hyrox, HIIT, you name it. I’ve always been active and lifting weights felt like second nature. So when my wife asked if I wanted to start training with Manny, I was hesitant and honestly, a little skeptical. I thought, what’s he going to teach me that I don’t already know?
Well… turns out, a lot.

If you or someone you know would like to get fit let alone be healthy and in shape then get coach manny as your personal trainer. I would highly recommend him to you guys. He is phenomenal & inspirational. I genuinely like the fact that accountability is number one on his list as far priority goes.
Meals are on point from the direction he gives. Trust me you won’t be disappointed I completely one hundred percent can say that I myself I’m truly satisfied with his training. His technique his quality his over all experience is one of a kind. In my first 90 online days I lost 25-30 pounds then for the following online 90 I lost a total of 50 plus pounds.
The work speaks for itself. I’m glad I found coach manny as my personal trainer to help me get down those pounds and keep them off. Once again you can’t go wrong.
