We offer state of the art equipments, we have offered top of the line equipments and lowest membership rates anywhere in Marin for past 25 years. Our trainers are fully knowledgeable and in many cases they are gold medal winners of competitions. Our focus is to provide a very friendly atmosphere and equipments that you need to achieve your goals.

Excellent gym. The sense of community and friendliness here is unparalleled. It represents Novato's communal friendly spirit like no other gym does. Is the equipment a little dated? Sure but it works great and gets the job done.

An older gym for sure, but it has everything you need to get a good workout. And isn't that how you judge a gym anyway? Its very convenient for locals. Love this place!

I only give this place a three stars and not one is because there is one class out of only three left that I like. Place is totally run down, broken sink, old locker room and no airflow. Especially on warm days it's really bad. Sound system in exercise room is not working properly...list goes on but my old membership rate is best in town and until it's raised on me or my class is cancelled I remain.

The equipment is usually always filthy or unusable (sticky/broken), the front desk staff are completely oblivious to what customer service actually is. Yes I'm talking about the young staff that is barely wearing any clothing. The same staff that cannot seem to form a sentence without over using the words "umm" and "like" more than any reality TV show star I've personally ever seen. Oh and heaven forbid you need to use the restroom while you're working out. More than half the toilets are either clogged/full of poop and toilet paper or "out of order" at any given time. My husband and I cancelled out memberships and will be gym shopping more carefully this next time around. Be cautious and TAKE A TOUR of the ENTIRE facility prior to signing any documents. You'll thank me later. . .

After many attempts to ask the owner to fix his broken equipment, nothing gets fixed. Machines stick or don't adjust, weights fall while in motion, treadmills stop working half way through your run, and worst of all the roof leaks through the ceiling acoustical tiles then a year later doesn't get replace allowing mold to grow. Don't let the price fool you, this is a complete dump with an owner who has no interest in replacing or maintaining the run down equipment. This place needs new a new owner with a direction in bringing a gym that has potential back to life especially since attendance drops every year. I would highly recommend going to any other gym.

Cheap dues, but you get what you pay for. Most equipment is worn, but at least it works. Even at busy times, I can usually always use the equipment I want.

While equipment tends to be mismatched they have everything you need and more in a pretty decent space. I've seen people with trainers in there but not sure if they are part of the gym staff. Price is better than other gyms in the area.

I love this place!! The staff and the other members are very friendly and polite. Really great rates. However the machines are a little old and there isn't a pool. That isn't a problem for me so I'm happy to be going here. I would really recommend this gym to anyone.
