Mark is a great trainer and has a wonderful operation going with his gym and availability to do virtual sessions and kettle bell classes.

I started fresh with mark, I hadn’t been getting regular exercise for a long time. My body hurt; grunts and groans as I moved through the day, lots of aches and pains even first thing in the morning.

I now see mark 3 days a week. My body feels strong and pain free from the start of my day throughout my daily routine. And I don’t think I’ll ever stop a regular exercise routine using the gym techniques he’s taught me.

I can’t endorse him enough.
