About the Club

Being in the fitness industry for over 23 years, my primary focus is helping my clients achieve their goals through a program based on mobility, strength and improving posture. I provide semi private, small group training and I also specialize in working with older adults along with special populations with unique needs. I am available for in home training in the greater San Diego area or training at our state of the art facility in Carmel Valley, San Diego.
