Our 10-year-old son Sasha is already 5'4–5'5, which is very tall for his age. Kids who grow this fast usually struggle with coordination and balance, but Sasha has actually become more coordinated over
time — and MAP has played a huge role in that.
Peter and Chris focus on movement quality, balance, stability, and body control, not just speed or strength. Their training has helped Sasha stay smooth, controlled, and explosive even while hitting major growth spurts.
Several coaches have commented on how rare it is for a tall 10-year-old to move with this level of coordination, and we agree — the difference is noticeable.
If your child is growing quickly or needs help with coordination, MAP is an excellent place to train. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Our 14-year-old daughter Julia plays for a top competitive soccer team, and MAP has been a major part of her development and consistency on the field.
Since training with Peter and Chris, her recovery, flexibility, and speed have all noticeably improved.
The cold plunges and recovery work have helped her bounce back faster from heavy training and games, and she feels fresher throughout the week.
MAP also puts a big emphasis on injury prevention and recovery. They work on
ACL-focused movements, proper landing mechanics, knee stability, strengthening, and mobility. This has made Julia feel more confident, stronger, and more balanced during high-intensity sessions.
Overall, Julia moves better, feels better, and performs better thanks to MAP’s individualized training
and recovery programs.
We highly recommend MAP for any competitive female athlete looking to improve performance,
prevent injuries, and stay healthy all season long.

I can't say enough positive things about MAP and the MAP team. The team is fully invested in the development of my son (High School Sophomore Baseball Player). They have built a workout program specifically tailored for him (based on his position, height, and current strength). They are invested in his development. They are very mindful of when he has a game the next day or is coming off a game day. Recovery is super important to the MAP team. After every session, he spends 30 minutes on recovery (stim, theragun, etc.). Again, everything is tailored specifically to my son. Overall, we are extremely pleased. Thank you Chris and team!

Hands down, Maximize Athletic Performance is the best training facility for athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident. In just a couple of months, our son has improved his athletic ability, discipline, and mindset far beyond what we expected—and he now looks forward to every workout, even getting bummed out on the days he doesn’t train. Every athlete needs to be in this facility.
Coaches Peter and Chris are the driving force of this facility, pushing young athletes to levels they didn’t think possible while building confidence and daily habits that carry over into school and life. The atmosphere is unmatched. For baseball families, MAP also offers a huge bonus with Marcus Wilson, a retired professional player who now coaches here. His high-level baseball training and real-world expertise give athletes the knowledge and confidence to perform at the next level.

Great facility! I have been a client of MAP since its inception. The mastermind behind coach Pete has really revolutionized the gym going experience and gives people a new approach to health and wellness. There is personal care put in place for each athlete and you see it in the 1:1 coaching provided by the coaches. MAP has not only helped me but my family as well. Definitely need to check this gym out if you need a more tailored approach to health and wellness.

I can’t thank Peter and Chris enough for everything they’ve done for me. After two ACL surgeries, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d ever feel strong or confident enough to get back on the field. With their help, I’ve not only regained my strength but also my confidence in playing again.
Their training pushed me in the right ways, and the recovery work they’ve guided me through has been amazing. I feel stronger now than I did before my injuries, which is something I never thought I’d be able to say.

As an athlete of the MAPFAM, Peter has done nothing but develop me mentally and physically. He has made me tap into a side of my athleticism I never believed I had. I gained more strength and mobility over the short course of 3 months. I had been dealing with a reoccurring arm injury for more than two years, and in a small amount of time, Peter helped me gain strength in that arm and got the pain to subside. What I enjoy most about being a part of the MAPFAM is that we are a family. No matter how tough things are on or off the field, the facility is a place where you can go and get help or even just put a smile on your face. As an athlete, you are constantly under the pressure to perform at your highest ability every day, but here with Peter, you will be pushed but at the same time heard for any troubles that you are having.

I have received massage treatments and participated in a training session at the M.A.P Facility and it’s top tier. As an athlete my body has to be in the best shape to perform at a high level and Peter ensures that I know the proper stretches and technique to play my best . Not only does he provide massage rehab services he also ensures you know how to prevent future injuries by educating me on the stretches I should do at home . Truly thankful to for the M.A.P. staff but especially Peter because he has helped me recover from a lingering injury that other massage therapist could not fix .

Honestly the best athletic trainers out there. The knowledge the staff has when it comes to sport specific training is unmatched and they go even further when it comes to recovery. There’s everything an athelete could need at the gym from sport specific training gesr, speed and agility work, and a whole list of recovery items. I worked with them not only through my years as an athelete, but I continue to go back to them for all of my training need. Whether it comes to training plans, meal prep, speed and agility work, or muscle specific recovery, there’s no one else that does it better than MAP.

We love going to the MAP because it’s a place for athletes to get stronger together and share their individual experiences. My daughter is thriving at MAP due to the specialized training she gets to become more powerful and explosive in her craft of softball pitching. The training program is unique and more aligned with college athletes than what we have experienced at a gym. Taylor feels this program will elevate her pitching since she is committed to play Division 1 softball. The trainers care about her well being and provide a safe and challenging atmosphere that supports her goals. Peter does an incredible job at treating the whole athlete. I have 2 sons who go to Peter for strength training/recovery as well as rehab. He doesn’t just work at getting them stronger but he helps them to understand the importance of recovery and working to prevent injury as much as possible. The first time my older son met Peter was when he was having severe issues with his hip (he could barely get out of bed). Peter immediately knew what the problem was and within two visits, my sons was mobile again. Now, if that pain starts to creep in, he knows what strength and stretching exercises he needs to do.
I trust Peter with their care and I am grateful we found MAP!!!
