Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year! I’ve always felt a little self-conscious about big gyms since I didn’t know how to use most of the equipment, but this year I really wanted to focus on getting stronger.

Right away, I noticed a huge boost in my confidence and overall well-being. I get nervous trying new things and being around a lot of people, but the smaller group sessions here have been perfect. For the first time ever, I’m seeing muscle definition in my arms, back, legs, and stomach! My endurance has improved so much too, and it feels amazing to see the progress and surprise people with how strong I’m getting.

The trainers are incredibly friendly, patient, and encouraging. They always prioritize safety and form, making sure you’re targeting the right muscles and learning proper technique. They also offer modifications if something feels too difficult — they meet you exactly where you are while still pushing you to get stronger.

I also love how easy it is to schedule. You can book or cancel sessions right through the app, which makes it super convenient. I’ve found a great balance. Sometimes I need a challenging session, other times a high-energy trainer to get me through the workout😅

Lastly, I really appreciate how involved Paul is. He checks in regularly to see how we’re doing, offers helpful tips about nutrition and recovery, and genuinely cares about everyone’s progress.

It’s been such an amazing experience — from the supportive trainers and welcoming community to the results I’m seeing both physically and personally. If you’ve ever felt intimidated about starting your fitness journey, this gym will change that!

This place is the best. I love that I just show up and the session planned out for me. The workouts are diverse and never the same. The small groups are low stress and fun. All the trainers are fabulous and knowledgeable. Paul, the owner, is running a very client friendly business and is here for everyone success. His check-ins help keep you motivated and on track.

Welcoming and non judgemental environment. A bit pricey but worth it for the extra attention you receive! It can get pretty hot inside so prepare to sweat.

Instructors are friendly and informative, and you can take things at your own pace.

Overall an excellent way to learn workouts and get physically active! I started very weak and after only a couple months I already feel significantly stronger.

I have been going here for about 2 months and it has been awesome! The trainers are encouraging and helpful, while still challenging you. They help you with your form as well as helping you reach your goals; whatever those might be. Classes are small which is nice because the trainers get to know you and your goals and can focus movements to help reach them. Check ins, inspiration, and information texts and emails are also helpful! Being able to ask questions on all aspects of training is something I have not seen anywhere else. Cannot recommend this place enough for any level of training!

I really like it here! I have anxiety, so new experiences like this are really hard for me at first. But the trainers were all very kind and supportive, which helped me work through my fears. I love that the sessions are capped at 10 people and that most of the time there’s less than that. I really get great one on one assistance and workouts that are modified for my level without feeling out of place. I definitely recommend!

Love MaxOut! I have lost 50 lbs after nearly 2 years of coming here 2-3 times a week. Great spot to work out. Morning classes are small, efficient, and the best way to get the day started. All trainers have been great to work with.
If you like even numbers of reps, sign up for Paul’s classes!
If you prefer odd numbers of reps go with Thomas’ classes.
All in all my better half and I are really enjoying getting back into the gym.

The classes are structured so well and the trainers are observant and are willing to help you. I can confidently say that my form in the gym has significantly improved. As of writing this I have been attending for about 2 months and my body has made dramatic changes. I have been going to Maxout for about 6 months. Paul the owner is an amazing guy and he really cares about the members. He will send motivating texts and checks in regularly. I go at night and train with Corissa. She is an excellent trainer! She takes the time to make sure you are doing everything safely and correct. She is competent and professional but also super easy to talk to and be around. She knows when to push you to do more and when you are where you need to be. Maxout has changed my life. I think that Maxout is a fantastic gym for small group personal training. Even in the first week of training I had aches in my back and knee that disappeared. I joined MaxOut personal training from July - September 2021 and I am still blown away by the whole experience. I started at 138 lbs and by the end of it all, hit my goal of 115! Not only did I meet my target weight, but am the most strongest I’ve ever been. My personal trainer was Stephan and he is someone who always went above and beyond through the whole process. After an unspeakable PE class experience, my daughter including myself had lost trust in Adult figures in the fitness industry. It was getting a bit challenging to motivate my daughter after the incident. We happened to stumble across this gem by accident. My daughter is extremely shy and timid yet took to Paul and Carissa quickly.
Paul and his staff have been nothing but kind, gentle and accommodating yet they push her. This has been a life changing experience, my daughter is motivated, excited and looks forward to showing MaxOut staff each session that she is improving. This has raised her confidence and self esteem and has restored her trust as well as mine in Adults. I am overjoyed to say that she has lost 18lbs in the few weeks she has been training. These are life long tools that Paul and his staff are teaching my 15 year old daughter and as a parent, I am forever grateful.

After having a baby, I was struggling with my weight. I signed up for the gym but didn’t know how to use a lot of the machines or what workouts to do and was very discouraged. My husband wanted to help so he signed us both up at Maxout Personal Training. In the first month I lost 5 pounds and things are going great! I love Maxout Personal Training! I have been slowly building my strength! I love how the trainers listen to your concerns and modify workouts to then build your strength! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I felt nervous at the beginning and after my 5th session I’ve become more comfortable and happy going on the days I go!
