Signed up for a class through the gyms app. Showed up. No one at front desk. Person working out had to get someone. Person walks out in massage clothes in the middle of giving a massage at a gym. I tell person of class. He says not schedule for today. I show app w correct day and time. He says sorry can you come back tomorrow. I’ll leave out the persons name. But really bizarre experience and won’t be back. Please be aware before or if you choose to sign up.

Getting in shape is always a personal choice and a struggle for most, it was certainly for me. If you have tried to do it on your own the success rate is very small because you make excuses to not work out or eat right or worse you injure yourself from lack of knowledge on technique by trying to go too hard. Austin, his gym and his Team have the right mix of anything you need for motivation, nutrition advice, and availability. Austin offers unique workouts that are constantly changing and in my opinion variety helps keep the feeling of routine out of my plan. After just about a month in, Im motivated, I am getting into the best shape of my life at 51 and I enjoy going as often as I can. Body is a more private gym and I have never had to wait for equipment. The clientele are like minded and professional as are Austin and his staff. The music is always pumping to keep you moving and if you find yourself trying to catch your breath, you can toss a toy or two at Crunches the resident gym cat! Austin works will all levels of fitness and he listens to what you want to achieve. Come meet Austin and see for yourself why BODY Fitness and Spa is the better choice than the common gyms around Fresno!

Working out at this gym has been a game changer for me. Workouts are well thought out and challenging for all fitness levels. The availability of a sauna and cold plunge are also awesome. Class size has never been too large and also workouts are posted so you can come in on your own time to complete them. Hi I am very much satisfied with the BF&Spa where located in Freshno. I had gone 2 times there to get massage during the week ends were superb. Place like Freshno too hot at summer & it’s quite nice to have a one also, very easy access too . I must thank to the staff whom they gave us with great hospitality. It’s very worth of spending time & the money. I highly recommend to everyone BF&Spa is the best place to be and relax.

I recently joined this amazing gym, and I can't say enough good things about it. My personal trainer, Austin, is the best. He's super chill and makes the whole experience comfortable, especially for beginners like me. He’s great at creating a welcoming atmosphere without any awkwardness. The workouts are definitely tough, but they're always different and exciting. Each session is a new challenge, which keeps things refreshing and makes me look forward to what he has planned next.

I live in Reedley, and despite the drive, it's totally worth it. The gym also offers convenient healthy meals for on-the-go, or weekly meal preps, which makes staying on track with my nutrition a breeze. For parents, there's even a little room where your kids can hang out, so you can focus on your workout without any worries. Plus, the sauna and arctic cold plunge are perfect for unwinding and recovering after a hard session. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great gym experience!

I've really enjoyed doing the nightly HIIT classes with Austin. He really knows what type of training to set up to make it interesting and always different. We have been working with our personal trainer, Nuni for about six months. She took the time to discuss our needs and limitations and set up a program to fit.
She is extremely knowledgeable about all things related to fitness and beyond. She pays attention at each session and really cares about our form and how we are doing. She is great at changing up our work outs week to week also. Nuni is a great trainer and makes working out enjoyable.

It’s never to late to get back to the gym! I needed someone to push me and help me figure it all out Again. Austin has been motivating me to push hard. Being 55 and had not stepped foot in a gym in more than 15 years it was scary, but it has been what I needed. I will tell you, It hasn’t been easy and I leave exhausted but I do look forward to the next day. 3 months now and I have seen a big difference in my stamina and muscle gains. Patricia Q is awesome to train with. She is knowledgeable about the exercises and always knows how to answer my questions or substitute a workout for another if something doesn’t feel right. Patricia pushes me to do my best, but is very understanding if something is just too much for me. While we workout, we always have good conversation and time flies by. The gym itself is a small space but with so many different types of equipment. You have everything you need. I love the feel of a smaller gym with very few people in it. To start I have been battling a chronic illness for several years with it hitting me the hardest late 2019 to early 2021. During my recovery process I lost almost all my muscle mass, was constantly out of breath and had a horrible time putting on weight which I never thought I would over come. Since I have been working with Austin which has been a little over 2 months I am finally able to lift weights again, I have been able to hold a healthy weight, and my stamina both physical and mental has improved significantly. I have been working out with Austin for almost 2 months now and I can see the improvement. He starts with the in-body test and determines what weight you need to lose and what muscle needs to be gained.
The sleds are the most difficult, but it's overall a great experience. He always makes sure that you finish a session strong. ALSO, you can use the gym equipment when not personal training with him if you are a client.

Austin is amazing trainer; sessions are structured to maximize efficiency, and Austin is always there to push you to your limit (without overdoing it). I went from barely able to run a mile or finish a full session (work from home since Covid and have barely moved from my chair) to being able to not only run more than a mile, but also to finish the sessions feeling great and full of confidence in just a two month time. I personally am being trained by Melanie. She is fantastic. She gives you 100% every time, and pushes you to your full potential. The people you meet who also get trained at the gym are awesome, and fun to train with. The atmosphere is great, and I like the fact that they have so many different equipment compared to other gyms. I started off not knowing anything about fitness. While training, Austin is excellent in showing me what to do, how to do it, and he is very patient considering all the clients he has. Austin has been great! After trying to be consistent in an exercise routine for 2+years, and having a hard time pushing myself to go further, God answered and lead me to Fit4Life. Austin sets up good workouts which are versatile, and also pushes me to higher and greater limits.
I was learning to lift weights through videos, and my left upper arm started hurting when moving it certain ways. In just a couple of weeks, the pain is gone because Austin showed me the right way to lift, and makes sure I am doing it right. I am motivated once again to do the work. I also enjoy it because I can come in on my off trainer days and continue to build strength and resistance. After just a few weeks I already feel better. I've been working out with Austin for a month now, and I've learned many new things. For instance, it's okay to wear a tank top in the middle of winter even if you wake up to frost on your window. He provides constant entertainment with his dance moves he brought from Hot-Lanta. Now, i understand his disappointment when he didn't make the dance team. He wanted to show them how to get down with a smooth groove. One thing i don't like about this little angel is the amount of times he's made me push sleds. I didn't sign up for someone to push me to get into the best shape possible (hurtful). Also, when he makes me run a mile when I'm not a runner. I'm trying to bake my cakes, not have them slow me down. All in all i am thankful my bossy best friend forced me to sign up with Austin because I have a great time with him and the people i work out with. I'm concerned about what he may wear in the summer when the weather becomes blistering hot, but i believe in him, I'll tell him it looks bad if need be. I’ve worked with other personal trainers before and they are not all the same. Trying to change old habits especially with diet and exercise requires a lot of hard work and commitment.

Austin not only makes working out fun, he has a very realistic approach to diet that is practical and doable. He will hold you accountable but it doesn’t feel restrictive.

He will push you beyond your comfort level but will ease you into it. In the first 4 weeks it was discouraging to not see significant results but slowly and surely I could see the muscle definition and the weight slowly dropping which is the best way to do it.

At the end of a workday the last thing I want to do is go to the gym but because Austin has a great attitude, easy personality and is very motivating my daughter and I always leave a session feeling energized.

I was training with Austin for just two months. Although it’s just short time period but he brought my habit up. I liked the way that he encouraged and pushed you during the training. Sometimes, you just don’t know how far you can go, so you will stop yourself there, but he will help you and make sure you did it. He cares about your health and body building. One year and 40 lb's ago my wife signed me up with Austin and I stayed with him for 6 months. In that time I lost 30 lb's and my BMI went from 28 to 21%. In the six months since I left Austin I only lost anther 10 lb's. If you work Austin's plan for you, you will feel and look great. It is obvious after you start with him his enthusiasm is genuine and infectious. When he see's me in the gym he still checks in on me to make sure I am still doing things the way he showed me to make sure I don't get hurt. I highly recommend Austin He is great!
