I have been training with Milad for almost two months, and it’s been awesome! I have always been active but I for sure needed to fix how I would do certain workouts, Milad has been great in introducing the importance of mobility.
I love how he really focuses on your needs and what goals you want to set for yourself, that includes physically and mentally challenges you might have and want to overcome.

Milad is awesome! I have been training with him for maybe 6 months now. Definitely feel stronger. He even helps me with my diet and offers additional group zoom classes to do additional training. He works and adjusts to your needs accordingly. He has been amazing adjusting to covid protocols and making sure I am comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who, like me, thought I could do it on my own, but found that I needed more guidance and motivation from a personal trainer.

I’ve been training with Milad for almost a year now. He’s an amazing personal trainer especially with his encouragements and patience. Nutrition goals has always been so daunting to me, but the way he makes me think about nutrition goals seems different and more attainable. I've tried trainers, gyms, and fitness programs before and they've never really stuck. I was never one for the typical gym environment, and I was always unsure of myself. Milad and ME fitness has not only helped me lose weight but also changed the way I approach health. No one is pushing me beyond my limit, I don't feel stressed or overworked, and I actually look forward to workouts most days.
This is the first time I've actually felt like a program was "personalized" for me.

I've been workout out with Milad for about a year now. I've not only lost weight (around 70LBS!!!), gain muscles, but also developed a lasting healthy lifestyle. Milad is extremely knowledgeable in both fitness + nutrition, and is super easy to get along with. He puts so much effort and care towards personalized workouts. I've worked with Milad for almost 2 years now and have nothing but positive things to say. I just recently did a Functional Range Assessment (FRA) with him where he tests and retests every joint in your body from a neutral perspective and then prescribes certain exercises to make sure you have symmetrical mobility and range of motion. He also films it and sends links to the exact exercises you need to do and then 6 weeks later you retest. What amazing information to have, especially if you're injured or imbalanced from sports or sitting at your desk. This should be the new yearly "physical." If you're looking for a dedicated, personable, professional personal trainer that knows their stuff he is your man. Highly recommended!

Milad has been a fantastic trainer since we started going to him less than a year ago. My wife and I do 2:1 training sessions twice a week, and we started from zero with no regular routine prior to starting personal training. He was super patient as we ramped up and helped us avoid any injuries, and we quickly got to crushing dead lifts and other routines at weights we’ve never done before. We also were able to gain enough strength, endurance, and (most importantly) confidence to take group fitness classes on our days off from personal training to meet our fitness goals. In addition, Milad sends us home routines we can do on our own and consults on diet. All of the decreases in weight and body fat, and increases in muscle composition, which he helps track, have kept me motivated in the past year. I would absolutely recommend seeing Milad if you’re interested in getting fit but don’t know where to start.

Workout with Milad is awesome. It is been about a year to do workout with him. He brought different fun workout everyday. He always check my body condition then start training. When I needed to make more muscles or to lose my weight, he always tailored different training programs for me which is perfect for my goal. He is nice and professional trainer.

I’ve been training with Milad for several months now and cannot even begin to sing his praises high enough. Milad is a very kind, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. He is there for his client in every way. He is educated and is always “checking in” throughout the workout to ensure that a) I’m challenged, b) I’m physically feeling okay, and c) I’m liking the workout. There are a lot of good trainers out there however Milad really goes the extra mile for his clients. He’s always open to learning new things (dietary and workouts) if I come to him with requests and if he doesn’t know anything about it, off he goes to learn.
I’m not the average client as I have some physical limitations that Milad has been extremely attentive with. I have neuropathy in my feet and that sometimes hinders the type of workout I can do. Milad is not only aware and caring, he has gone to great lengths to create workouts that challenge me and do not irritate my neuropathy. He has even gone so far as to work with my PT to understand the condition and how to best support me. The other day when I was lifting I felt a slight pain in my back and Milad stopped everything to focus on taking care of that and had me take some immediate actions to stretch and attend to the pain. I’ve been in this situation before and what Milad did saved me a few days of pain.
I’ve had several trainers throughout the years and I’ve struggled with my weight (I’m a large woman) and Milad is so respectful of me. I know my body, he’ll check in but has absolutely no judgment. If I want dietary input, he’ll certainly give it however he respects that I know what I’m doing and doesn’t push advice on me.
I have the utmost respect for Milad and could not be happier that I found him. He’s worth every penny of his fee!

Milad's great! Been training with him for 7 months at this point and he's seen me through marathon training and an injury. He tracks all my workouts in a spreadsheet so he knows the weights I've been using and can track progress as my strength increases. When I was injured he adapted the workouts to work around my injury, and even recommend some physical therapy stretches to help the injury along. He's got a fun personality and good taste in workout music. Highly recommend.

Copying from my yelp review. TL:DR is Milad balances the best from personal training, physical therapy, and functional fitness practices. Constantly educating on why we do exercises and the science behind them. Also consistently updates workouts to keep things fresh. Highly recommend.
Have been working out with Milad for just shy of a year. I was having trouble putting muscle back on following a knee surgery and also had mobility issues, both of which Milad addressed methodically. Having worked out with personal trainers and physical therapists before, I can confidently say Milad provides the best of both worlds.
Two things that stick out the most to me with our sessions are education and innovation. Milad makes an attempt to keep up to date on how my body feels before, during, and after a workout which dictates our focus. He makes sure I understand why we follow certain movements and what the justification behind our exercises are (e.g. why are we doing this). He also mixes in new techniques and new exercises regularly which has allowed my training outside of his gym to stay fresh.
Overall I'm incredibly happy with my results and my workouts. I don't plan on stopping any time soon and would highly recommend.

Milad really helped me in posture and strengthening my core. In a span of a month I felt much stronger and confident when i workout. He really listens to what you want and helps you get there. Funny guy too!
