Matthew is a truly gifted healer! I would definitely recommend scheduling a session. Anyone looking to destress, rejuvenate or have a total mind, body and soul reset experience, he’s your guy! I have had numerous cupping & massage therapy sessions with him, always 11 out of 10.
The moment you treat yourself to an hour session, you’ll be wishing you went for the hour and a half. Don’t give it a second’s thought! Book a session with him ASAP!

TLDR: Great personal trainer and even better massage therapist.
A few months ago I woke up not being able to move because of back spasms and neck pain. I shot Matt a message and set up an appointment for that afternoon. After an hour long session of assisted stretching, massage, nerve flossing, cupping, and a whole lot more, I was walking and able to move around with full range of motion and way less pain.
He’s one of my favorite massage therapists I’ve ever had. He listens to you, pays careful attention to your posture and body positioning which really helps him get you the relief you need.
He’s also a great coach, I haven’t had the pleasure of working one on one with him. However I have had questions or needed a spot and Matt has always been very helpful, informative, encouraging, and very knowledgeable.

I came to Matt with troubles in a few aspects, for one I was in a very bad motorcycle accident witch left me with many fractures, broken bones and a below knee amputation in my right leg. I deal with alot of pain and restrictions in my right leg and in my back due to my accident and Matt has helped me improve not only mobility but comfort in my sore areas. I was also looking for overall health and muscle gain which he has also helped with tremendously I’ve never felt better. He is a very inspiring and supportive coach and I can not recommend him enough.

The experience I have had with Apex Pain and Performance Protocols has been amazing, I am regular weight lifter and over the years my body has picked up some injuries so I’m constantly needing to get body work done. Matt offers a wealth of knowledge and experience and really listens to you and how your body responds to treatment to ensure the best and most beneficial results. Top notch service! I came to Matt when I had some shoulder and scapula pain and he was able to work out my knots and acute pain within a few sessions and also recommended a few corrective exercises I can do to speed up my recovery.
