Our signature MEGAformer classes offer 45 minutes of a high intensity, low impact workout utilizing the LAGREE method, on our state of the art MEGAFORMERS. Combining HIIT training, functional movement and pilates inspired moves all set to fun, upbeat music, each class offers a full body workout accessible to all fitness levels.

I absolutely love the classes here! The studio is always clean and the staff is very welcoming. You have to try Vivian’s class! She is great at ensuring you have the correct positioning and I get the shakes every time (which is what you want)!!

Absolutely love this studio and the instructors- Megan & Alexandra are my favorites, but they are ALL great! It is a full body 50 minute workout that works all your muscle groups to give you that long lean athletic body. Studio and reformer machines always clean and staff super friendly. A++

I love Pilates Plus every time I go i get such an amazing workout. I love feeling sore the next day, Everyone there is great at what they do, very helpful especially when its your first time. They help you understand the machines and how to work them so you don't get hurt.
over all I would definitely recommend Pilates plus to my friend and co workers .

I joined Pilates Plus in January and have had nothing but a great experience. I've had a good workout every single time I've attended. I used to run and lift weights as my normal exercise routine. I wanted to shake things up and incorporated Pilates into my life. I felt and saw results quickly. The Pilates workout provides a different kind of burn that you don't get from running or lifting weights.

Pilates Plus is an amazing workout. I drive all the way from Yorba Linda for the workout because there is nothing like it. Gianna gives intense but muscle specific instructions. The studio is pristine and very easy to get to because it's right off the freeway.
