The person in the morning had an Attitude sorry to say not friendly in the morning ... Trying to sign up early waiting in a car for my friend and I for peaceful mine and thought recommended by another friend but had to ask to move my car and didn't even ask if I was interested probably the way I look due to a nice area location ... That's why it sucked to be a dark Asian minority sometimes like me .

Mel is not only a fabulous Pilates instructor she is also an amazing healer. I jumped right into Pilates and then had to stop due to another injury. I started private Pilates sessions with Mel a few weeks ago and I can't tell you how much better my body feels! Mel is so patient, but knows how to push you when she needs too. She's also shared some amazing tips for me to work out at home with some Pilates stretches just using a mat and foam roller, which means I can practice and feel better while at home.

Run, don't walk, to Might Mind & Body Pilates if you want to change how your body feels and looks. Mel won't let you down.

Working with Mel is a delight, not only is she fun and funny, she is also incredibly knowledgeable about the body and it's functioning. I've already learned so much working with her! I'm new to Pilates and wasn't sure what to expect, but I would have never guessed I'd be breathing better- it's awesome!! I'm also noticing more flexibility and feel toned in a whole new way. I am so happy I found Mel and Pilates, I cannot recommend her services enough!
