Although it's my first experience there, I found it impressive. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the chandeliers made the lighting background soft and cozy. The tables dressings and decorating were awesome.
There's plenty of parking spots in a secured parking structure. The restrooms are fancy and clean. I loved it.
Also, there's a newly opened exquisite coffee shop that I didn't try out yet, but I am sure to be heading there sometimes, soon.
Yes, I recommend a visit.

I attended a baby shower in one of the event rooms and it was beautiful. The ambiance was amazing with an open airy feeling. The parking was convenient on the same level as the venue. The staff were phenomenal and efficient. The large restrooms were clean and decorated well. I recommend this venue for ANY type of event!

We are SO happy with our experience at the Meridian! Our son wanted a big party for his 10th birthday that could accommodate all of his friends and include two of his favorite activities: video games and sports. Becky and Kim were so wonderful in organizing the big day and making sure everything went smoothly. There was plenty of space for the kids to take turns playing video games, run around shooting basketball, and comfortably seat all 50 of our guests in the lounge area. We will definitely be booking again for our future events!

I am a member of the health club for over 12 years. There is a new ownership and they are spending thousands of dollars upgrading everything. New 1500 gallon water heaters to a whole new second floor. The exercise equipment is 1st class, there is a full sized basketball court, running track, Olympic size pool, wonderful men’s and ladies locker rooms with plenty of showers. Swim lessons, unique executive locker room, etc etc. I really have no negative comments. The management team Becky and Kim are wonderful.

This place is work in progress, but hey, little by little you can actually see the progress. Hopefully in a few months the Qube will rise as a top gym in Southern California. In fact, one can see that in its prime this club was rather amazing and luxurious. The renovations are pretty promising as of 2024, and the best part, in my case, is the membership deal that me and my wife got when we signed up. The first floor seems to be almost done with renovations. The hot water for the showers has been a problem. Once the problem is solved, the showers will be pretty strong and nice. One more thing, the staff is pretty professional and kind. I look forward to many years of membership ahead.

I love this club. I am not sure why others are leaving negative reviews because my experience has always been good with the gym and the staff. Ok. They are in the middle of making the place better which can be a pain, but it will be worth it. I love that the gym is never crowded and feels private.

There was no hot water for 3 months, so it was very difficult for me, who mainly swims, to not be able to shower, so I didn't use it for about 3 months. A few days ago, I called because I was curious when the hot water would be available, and I spoke to a manager named Becky who I explained the situation to. Since I paid the membership fee every month after not using it for 3 months, the club showed good faith and suggested that they waive at least one month's membership fee, and she spoke in a very disrespectful tone. I answered in a very dismissive tone that it was my choice not to use the club since I could use it everywhere else. There seems to be no consideration for customers at all.

Silver Sneakers is a huge part of this gym membership but unfortunately elevator down for a long time now without any resolution near. Several stairs to climb making it inaccessible for a great number. Not even a month and elevator NOT working AGAIN!!. No hot water., spa etc . Seems only catering to Islamic community and events for them . Only answer front desk has I DONT KNOW

I was an executive member until recent remodeling and ownership change. The water heater for shower being done for two months, the women and man spa being done over 2 years, the worst part is the main spa next to swimming pool has only cold water, not to mention this place is closed on Sunday, open till 4 pm on Saturday.

Inaccurate timings, a crowded place, and an official there is absent. If you rent from them for the occasion, they will not allow you to see a hall or other place. I do not recommend dealing with them. They work in bad reception.

I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff is friendly. This place is falling apart. They are trying to remodel but not sure it can done. The pool area is literally disintegrating. There was water pouring out from the ceiling out of the lighting fixtures which scared the heck out of me we all know water and electricity don't mix.

The facility and building feels like it needs major renovation. Carpet is old, has bad odor and is torn in many places. In men's locker rook, many showers are broken. And parking structure feels unsafe - some corners are occupied by homeless folks.

The place is run down and worn out. Hardly any members has me wondering if this is really a fitness club. Customer service is not responsive. I cancelled my membership because the sauna stopped working and they would not fix it properly. I joined because they advertised a working sauna. Sauna door hanging on by threads and no one would work with me and get it fixed right. When I cancelled my membership no one seemed to care or even ask why I was cancelling. I have never been rude or pesky. They just don't care. Probably why the place is all but empty every time I go there. A lot of times I work out upstairs and not a soul is up there. I wonder if I got hurt badly while working out how long I would have to wait before someone came to help. I see a lawsuit in their future in that regard. The workout room should have at least one employee monitoring it at all times when people are working out. In any case I dont feel like a valued customer and wonder if there are any.

Looking at this as a GREAT place to play table tennis. Lots of good players and weekend's have round Robins with 40 players at different levels. Two groups of top-level and two groups of lower-level. Playoffs take place between the winners of the two groups at the lower level and then that winner plays the winner of the two groups of the top level. Nice people little warm inside as the AC has not been repaired for a while. But players put up with it because it's a great place to find good tables good competition and you can practice as much as you wish to. Open from early in the morning to later in the evening, Monday through Sunday. Give it a try if you are a senior aged table tennis player, Silver sneakers will pay for entrance and that's nice. Younger players can pay an entrance or buy a series of entrances at the front desk.

The gym is not crowded and I love it! New staff is friendly the cleaning crew is always cleaning and making sure lockers are neat for you. Yes, it does need a little upgrade but over all it’s a perfect place to enjoy your workout.

Horrible management and customer service. I paid in advance for their swimming school and they were unable to find a swimming coach for my son after their last one quit mid-way. They ended up loaning the facility to a new swimming school that charged significantly higher prices per lesson. I eventually asked for a refund but they were unwilling to provide one. They even intentionally ignored my calls when I try to reach out for a follow up of any kind.

In short, avoid at all costs and I strongly advise against choosing their swimming school.

Filthy, disgusting, toilets not flushing, air conditioning has been broken for months and they keep lieing and saying it's fixed. Do not join this dump!! They sold it to a con that is just letting it die out. I know people who have gone here for 30 years and they can't believe how rotten it is now. If you try to talk to management they are either never available or are extremely rude and lie to your face. Can you imagine a huge facility with a lot of potential. But it has cockroaches running on the old disgusting carpet that has never been cleaned or replaced. A very old elevator that makes you sick from the smell and could break down at any moment. Chairs near the racquetball courts that have holes in the seats that I've actually fallen through! They repeatedly say it's being upgraded when actually it keeps getting worse. You pay $100 towel fee and since the washer and dryers are broken also. They can give you one small towel upon entry. I've tried to go again because I like the indoor pool. But it stinks so bad to just walk through the locker room and after I needed another towel, was told only one per customer. Tried to use the shower facilities again and they were still moldy and stink. I couldn't even get out of there fast enough with my wet drippy hair. Which on the bright side cooled me of enough to get through the rest of the stinky, sweaty old dump of of a gym.
You can't cancel your membership, they will keep charging you even when you request to cancel.
I actually had to close my bank account to stop the charges for this unsanitary health hazard
Oh and if you're still interested because it's so empty, be aware that most equipment is broken also and is not sanitary to day the least. This place will be shut down very soon from the health department for sure.

We've been going to this gym for several years. It's not the cheapest, but I've never once had to wait for a machine! That alone is worth the extra cost. However, some of the machines are worn down and broken and management takes a while to get them fixed. We continue to go there for the atmosphere and because it's never crowded. But if a 24-hour fitness opens up nearby, it would be tempting...

I used to belong to this gym and still would if it weren't for the rising fees. I left there paying about 60 bucks for two people, when I started paying less than 40. my wife tried this gym on a groupon ...then joined after the groupon was over, based on the free childcare. Then 3mos in to a 12mo contract they change it from free childcare to we have to pay..We canceled but continue to be charged...this gym is under new management..and is trying to rob people to stay open...24hr fitness is a much better deal...

This place is a joke I went into for a tour and they called me 15 times in a week. Obviously they are hurting for members. The gym is so depressing, no windows and lonely dark hallways to get to recreational rooms is another depriving aspect of this overcharged not much to offer gym. Stay away from this scammer company.
