My 11 year old son has been teased about his weight in the past, and I wanted to get him a trainer who would help him feel stronger and have more confidence about his body and his fitness. I contacted Manny, and he was eager to help him right away. He’s been working with Manny for over a year now, and it’s making a big impact. My son looks forward to his workouts. I think he’s learning to build some better habits, too. Manny always has him do a variety of exercises to help him feel stronger and more agile. The workouts he creates are always fun. He uses a variety of equipment in the private gym to keep it interesting and new.

I know Manny mostly works with adults, but he’s really great with my son. He meets him at his level and is always encouraging. My son is beginning to gain more self confidence, which is the greatest change I’m seeing in him. And I think my son likes working out with a cool, strong dude. It’s inspiring to him.

I can’t recommend Manny enough. No matter your age or fitness level, he will assess your personal fitness goals and help you achieve them.

Manny is an amazing personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. If he is not well informed on a question you may have he makes sure to take his time and research before getting back to you.
He is very patient with his clients and strives to see them be successful. Great experience! Been working out with Manny for about a month now and I feel so much better. My goal was to lose weight in my belly and after a week I noticed that it had gone down and I also lost weight in my face. His workouts are great, geared toward me individually. The things I’m able to do now versus when I started are night and day. He also gave me a meal plan to stick to which has helped in my fitness journey. At the end of the day he knows what he’s doing and he’s someone that you can trust to get you off the couch and into shape. Definitely would recommend him to a friend and a stranger.
