I've been working with Mia for 2 months now and I am very impressed with the results! I am down 7% body fat and around 10 lbs. She will set you up with a meal plan and tell you how much cardio you need to do each day + the weight training sessions. You also have her as an accountability partner with regular check-ins and you can ask her any questions you have. This is the first time I have ever used a personal trainer and it is honestly the only thing that has worked for me. I have struggled for years trying to lose weight and tone up, I tried a couple different strength training and HIIT gyms/classes and never saw the results I am seeing with Mia in just 2 months. It's insane!
If you've never done something like this, it may seem expensive at first but I promise you it is 100000% worth it and money well spent. You are getting so much more than just a personal trainer and you will see results depending on what you put into it. Do what she says and you are golden!

She helps you with a realistic meal plan that is easy to follow sets up a goal with you that is realistic to reach she starts of slow and gives you a great work out! If you have any questions you can always reach out to her and she gets back to you with any questions you may have. It has been a great journey I can’t wait to continue! Mia is the best! I was hitting the gym and not getting the results I hoped for. I found Mia on Yelp and has been nothing but great. She put me on a simple, yet realistic meal plan with workout sessions 3x a week. The workout routines I have had with her are simple and effective. She taught me that I don’t have to complicate the workouts to get the results I want. Plus, she keeps me accountable when it comes to my diet and my cardio. Seriously, Mia is amazing! If you're a woman looking to get fit, especially if you're pregnant or just had a baby, she's your person. She totally gets it and knows exactly what to do. I cannot thank Mia enough; she has truly been heaven-sent. A friend recommended her to me when I was struggling to lose weight and get healthy. I can truly say I made the right decision to train with Mia for my wedding. For several months, I thought I was doing just fine working out by myself. I was determined and disciplined, I felt like my diet was relatively controlled, and I didn’t think I needed any more than that. I had trips and holidays leading up to my wedding and a friend suggested I worked with a personal trainer to keep me accountable in the last few months before the big day. So I did and found Mia’s profile online. After only 3 months with her and seeing my progress pictures, wow, I can say that she is worth the investment! When I thought I felt good already pre-training, I was so wrong! I cringed looking at my before pictures and didn’t think I could actually feel and look better! Mia played such a big part in my fitness journey thus far and I was in the best shape I could be for the best day of my life! I felt perfect in my wedding dress and have zero regrets in my decision to train with her.

Some details: I trained with Mia 2x/week. Each session was an hour long and she strongly encouraged some independent cardio time on top of that hour with guidance on the duration based on your goals. She also curated a detailed meal plan to follow. In just 3 months, I was able to gain muscle mass and lose overall body fat, which was the goal from the beginning. Each workout was always productive! I’ve done personal training a while ago and Mia is different. Her attention to detail and her gradual and safe approach to increasing your capacity as we progressed are definitely what makes her unique based on my experience. 10/10, don’t hesitate, just do it! I can’t say enough good things about Mia!! She is a very knowledgeable trainer and really works with you to tailor your workouts and meal plans to reach your goals. She’s been so good at holding me accountable and motivating me in a really positive and kind way to keep going. Mia is a fantastic trainer, she will push you and works just as hard as you to help you get to your goals. I love that she doesn’t only focus on losing weight, she strives to educate you about building lean muscle, making healthy food choices, and reaching a healthy body fat percentage to help you feel your best. She structures her personal training program to provide a meal plan and tracks your progress monthly with body measurements and pictures (way more progress tracking and accountability supports than other trainers I had looked at). Her rates were affordable compared to others and I was drawn to the inclusion of a meal plan. Signing up with her has been the best decision I’ve made for myself. I’ve been with her for five months and even though I am happy with where I’m at (down 14 pounds and 4% body fat), this just feels like the beginning; largely because of working with Mia. Book her now, you will not regret it!!

I've been working with Mia for almost 6 months now and have dropped about 5% in body fat and gained 7% in muscle mass.

I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself.

She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. I've noticed that I've started making much healthier choices in the foods I eat.

still have a ways to go but would highly recommend Mia for helping you get you to your goals!
