Virtual training provided to anyone anywhere, and even works as a great compliment to in-person sessions, keeping you accountable between in-person sessions.

I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and more. I have over 17 years of experience, eight of which were spent working in physical therapy and injury rehabilitation.

I now dedicate all of my time and experience to my personal clients, helping them with sustained body care and awareness paired with the benefits and endorphins of exercise.

I signed up for Mike Grimm's fitness program through his app, and I highly recommend! He designed a program specific to what I wanted to work on and was very attentive about reaching my goals and ensuring that the program worked. The videos were easy to follow along and the program was manageable with my schedule. I loved how I could track my workouts that I did both from his program and other activities that I was doing in the app. It's definitely worth it to stimulate ideas and keep you on a strong program. Can't recommend enough!

I started Mike's surf training program before a big trip to Costa Rica and was surprised at how much more stamina and power I had in the water. While I was not consistent for the whole 90 days, I was able to commit to the last 30 days and it really made a difference in my surfing ability. Not only is Mike extremely knowledgable - he offers very detailed videos with customizable workouts and loads of positive encouragement. This is such a unique program based on all his years of experience in and out of the water. I'll definitely do his training again before my next surf trip!

Back in 2020 when Covid had us all retrieve behind screens I took a few sessions with Mike. He was fun, engaging and upbeat, and i really loved the classes.
The reason I want to leave a 5 start review, though, is because, 4 years later, I still remember his teachings so well.
He took the time to extra-carefully explain his posture at the beginning of every exercise because he wouldn't have been able to see our form or correct us once we started the sets. Well, I think for the first time in 15 years and countless classes and sessions with trainers, I actually learned how to properly do a squat, a lunge etc. My knee was actually hurting at the time, and, to this day, every-time i go up and down the stairs, mike's voice rings in my ear about where my foot and knee should point to and how to properly load my joints.
My memory is usually pretty crappy. This man is a treasure.

Mike is a fantastic motivator when it comes to fitness and health. His program is easy to use and really does check the necessary boxes when it comes to personal training. He does a great job of curating a workout regimen that makes the most sense for you and his attention to detail really shines when you are communicating with him throughout the journey.

If you're looking for someone who will push you to reach your exercise/health goals with the essential amount of positivity and focus, then look no further. I haven't enjoyed working out this much in years and Mike deserves all the credit.

Mike created a custom program for me that is designed to help meet MY goals! His video's look great and have clear instructions that are easy to follow. Mike has been an inspiration throughout the time I've been working with him as well. Constantly checking in and quickly answering any questions I have about specific exercises or workouts. The Trainerize app is very slick and easy to use, and helps to stay on track with my workouts. I would highly recommend this programs for anyone who needs a little guidance when working out and a little support to keep your head in the game. Mike is my mother's trainer, and has been for about 15 years. He is, simply put, vital to her survival. She is now 88, suffering from Alzheimer's, living in a facility -- and it is Mike who sees her almost every day, gets her moving, even if only to stretch and sit up. When they first started, my mother would go see him at the gym, for all the usual cardio and weight training. Over the years, as her health declined, he would see her at home, or meet her at the park. At no point in this journey has his enthusiasm for working with my mother waned -- quite the contrary. His kindness and care is equal to his expertise. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mike is great. He focuses on fundamentals, which has been key for me. I really wanted a training plan that helped with strength alongside mobility/flexibility. Mike achieved both with his plan. He’s very receptive to listening to my goals—and he works great tailoring a plan per individual needs!

Any trainer can motivate. The mark of a great trainer is restraint. If you are recovering from an injury -- or maybe you just prefer to avoid injury --then Mike's got your back! Mike pushed me to move, but pulled me back from the edge. If I felt zombified after work, I knew Mike was watching out for me and I could just do the exercises without thinking. But before I knew it, I was recognizing the subtle details of the movements. I felt like he had trained me to train myself.

And just in general, Mike is a really good, amazing human being.
