I have been training at Mike's Fitness for about 2 months now. I am 59, recently lost a significant amount of weight and wanted to get healthier, and tone up. I have noticed several things since going to Mike's, one is that the work outs are working, and I am noticing significant changes in my body. I am also being guided on diet, and "healthy living". I have realized that Mike really cares about the people that he is training, and puts together a routine that works best for each individual. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Mike's Fitness. I highly recommend this business for everyone.
