I really recommend this studio. They are so professional. The individual support and care is invaluable. The class size is so reasonable it is well worth the cost. The Foundation class is unique. I suggest that you read up or watch a video on Foundation Training.

Gail names the muscle or area of focus and explains why it may need strengthening or stretching. She is careful to cue ideal head position to protect the neck and encourage extension, not compression of cervical spine. And she includes posterior muscles in every workout to balance less than optimal posture. She bring energy and enthusiasm to the workout each time.
