Hey, I really like having the check ins with my trainer that maybe my favorite part. The work outs are good and they address some mobility that I needed to work on but having those check ins helps me know if im on the right track and gives me some assurance as well as advice on how I can do better. I’m sticking with it because I know how much that I’m paying for the service and it ain’t cheap… for me. It’s an investment for me so I want to make sure I’m getting everything I can out of it.

Mindpump is truly that, pumping your mind! I originally found mindpump in 2019, and it got me through COVID and a lot of highway miles. I’ve been following these guys for over 7 years. I love that they are now offering personal training that coalesces all the info and workouts into one program. I’ve been very happy with the program and the format of always having a trainer to hit up for advice, tips and form (albeit virtually), is definitely of ultimate value. I’ve never done personal training and this is a very positive experience and something I’ll be recommending to others that want to dive in. For me this is full circle having done a lot of MAPS programs and following the podcast. I really click with my trainer, Tayler Evans, and he’s a stalwart professional. I look forward to every workout and video check in and it WORKS for accountability. 5 stars and a complete fan boy here. High quality fitness programming that is worth every penny!

I’ve been lifting consistently for years, but after having a baby I decided I wanted to work with someone to help guide me/ hold me accountable for not over-working myself, etc. Working with my MP Trainer, Tayler, has completely changed the game for me. Even as a virtual client, my experience has been 100% worth it. He’s had me doing less volume, yet I’m seeing better results than ever—stronger, leaner, and with more energy. Such a great experience so far! It’s hard to trust a coach especially when you are treating it as investment in yourself. When I found out the MindPump guys were offering 1:1 coaching through their own vetted personal trainers, I knew it was time to do it! Marcelo has been wonderful with planning my workouts around my crazy schedule, reverse dieting and helping me with form checks. It’s only been about 3 weeks so far, but I can already say I’m feeling stronger, sleeping better, and just overall feel better! I can’t recommend Cole’s online personal training service enough! From day one, he has been incredibly helpful and provided outstanding coaching in nutrition, exercise programming, weekly check-ins, and Zoom calls.

One of the most impactful aspects of working with Cole has been his guidance through my first successful reverse diet. When I started, I was stuck at a plateau, eating about 1,500 calories a day. Thanks to his expertise, I’m now eating 2,200 calories with no weight gain! This has been a game-changer for me, and I can see now that I’ll be able to lose weight in the future without resorting to extremely low calorie levels.

Cole has also gone above and beyond in tailoring my workouts to accommodate a knee injury, which I really appreciate. In just two months, I’ve noticed a significant increase in my strength, and I’m excited to see what we’ll accomplish together in the months ahead.

The app we use to manage my workouts and track progress is fantastic—it’s user-friendly and makes it easy to review my progress during our Zoom calls.
