I have trained with David several times. He really knows his stuff. He is mindful of any limitations/injuries you may have. He pushes you but not more than what he thinks you can do. David has good energy and always has your well being in mind. I would definitely go back.

DO NOT train with David unless you’re ready to have your life turned upside down in the best way possible. Seriously.

If I were to describe him, it would be a mix of motivation, humor and pure chaos (the good kind).

One minute, David's making you laugh so hard your abs are screaming for mercy (even if you didn’t know you had abs) and the next you’re questioning all your life choices as he pushes you to do one..more...rep.

You might wanna strangle him with a resistance band at some point, but you won’t. Cause through all the sweat, tears, and maybe a mini existential crisis, you'll leave feeling like Iron Man when he snapped his fingers in Endgame. Like you just sacrificed everything for the ultimate win (but without the dying part- even IF it felt like it).

Sure, you’ll walk out sore but also armed with the knowledge you next time you hit your gym

So, if you’re not ready to laugh, cry, and transform into the best version of yourself...stay away.

Otherwise, don't say I didn't warn ya.

David is just the best! I have been training with him close to a year now and can genuinely say he's super helpful, patient, and really cares about not only client's goals, but also about their lives. He has really helped me understand how to work out without exacerbating the knee problems I had when we started. He actually taught me to be more mindful of they way I move and my knees are not bothering me at all anymore. I'm excited to see where my fitness journey takes me next with his help. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, knowledgeable, and caring trainer.

I needed to get a different perspective on how to train. I was hitting a ceiling and my results were waning.
I’ve been around sports my whole life and have competed in jiu jitsu, Muay Thai.
Training with David was great because he was able to assess what I needed to achieve and he was able to implement a plan.
He’s a great coach because he listens. Which is rare these days.

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with him. Good coaches are hard to come by

I’ve been going to the gym & training by myself for a couple years but hit plateau at one point and kept getting myself injured from my workouts. Ever since I started training with David, I immediately noticed a difference. He actively works on correcting my forms and make sure I make the mind-to-muscle connection. When I’m having a difficult time getting a move right, David would modify it, then take away the modification, and eventually push me to do the more difficult level later on.
I had a bad hamstring strain that never 100% healed which prevented me from progressing a lot and ever since I trained with David, I immediately noticed the improvements. Additionally, he also helps give me guidance on my nutritions, which I really appreciate and also check in on my post-work outs to ensure I’m recovering properly.
My experience with David has been truly positive with his wholistic way of approaching fitness. From the get go, he asked for my goals and also recommend some targets with his years of experience. He’s also super communicative & professional. Would 10/10 recommend training with David if you’re looking to make a positive change in your fitness journey!!
