I had a great first experience taking a class at Mindful MVMT! The studio has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and Mallory is an amazing instructor. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and movement patterns. Her clear instructions and attention to detail helped me maintain proper form, and the workout was challenging yet accessible. It was definitely tough and a bit humbling BUT I left feeling accomplished!
I highly recommend Mallory’s studio to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective class!

Got into Pilates about a year ago and I couldn’t recommend Mindful MVMT enough! Started off as a beginner and slowly worked more and more on specific things, getting more into a rhythm, and knowing my body better. Being in a class with 3 reformers makes it feel so much more personalized and you constantly get help along the way, especially if you have problem areas like me with my knees, it’s easy to work around with different positions and techniques. I tried a class of about 20 people a couple months into pilates and it just doesn’t compare to Mallorys teaching at all, I felt like I could’ve been doing things wrong and it moved too quickly that I was worried I would slip and hurt myself. Never feel that way with Mallory, she’s always there to help you!

Mallory helped to transform my body- strength, flexibility, muscle tone and posture. The studio is small so every class feels custom tailored. Her community is made up of supportive people so if it’s your first time or you’re a Pilates diva you’re in for a great workout. Mallory is positive, fun an exceptional teacher who has an intuitive nature… she knows just what you need that day. Since I’ve come consistently I can now handle planks, hundreds and can sit up to pick up my remote without support. ;)

Mindful MVMT is singularly the most comprehensive experience of Pilates one could have. Mallory has her degrees in not only Dance but also Psychology which gives her deep understanding as a practitioner from her courses in physiology as well as the mind/body connection and integration. Her pristine studio is an oasis of calm and fun and offers a place for each person’s own transformative process.
