Thank you MK fitness and Dustin. Two words that sums up my experience at MK fitness would be diligence and discipline. Even times when I had zero motivation for workout, Dustin modifies the workouts to meet my goals and pushes me to finish them strong. I really, really liked training here. I specifically trained with Dustin and felt like he was very thoughtful in his approach and actually listened to me whenever I would have difficulty with certain workouts. I felt really comfortable working out here and Dustin was very encouraging. And actually, all of the trainers are super friendly too! Even though I’ve temporarily paused training due to personal reasons, I’ll definitely be back to train with Dustin!! ^_^

I’ve learned a lot from Dustin. He explains why we’re doing the exercises that we do and which muscles they should hit. I have been struggling with back pain and a lumbar disc for the past 9 years and have had a difficult time finding a personal trainer who could help me without causing further injury. MK fitness is not only best for healthy individuals but also for individuals who have medical concerns. I diagnosed with herniated disc about 15 months ago and did everything I can do to be better for first 13.5 months. I went physical therapy, chiropractic clinics, and water aerobic class but they were not much helpful. I started to go to MK fitness about 1 and half-month ago and have been trained by Clark Moon. He is very professional for this field. He asked about all of my medical concerns prior to made training schedules and gave me personalized training based on my medical concerns. Mk fitness- so I came here to train for going into the army program, and who would have know that a place like this had such wonderful and awesome trainers, Dustin helped me with some of my workouts, showing me how I should build my strength and stamina for the training that I was about to receive, and showed me around the facility. Showing me all the equipment and all the Amenities that they had to offer. He was so everything a gym trainer is supposed to be, also a plus he is very handsome :)

How do I write my review without giving out tmi? After giving birth to two babies, I felt that my body became weak and my core muscle was no longer giving me the support to raise the babies. So I decided to receive personal training. This was my first time and didn’t know what to expect, but Dustin carefully introduced me to the wonders of weight lifting. He is very smart and knowledgeable. He answers all your questions patiently and is very attentive. I also learned a lot through his demonstrations of forms. I can confidently say that I am 100% recovered if not stronger than before (when I used to work out by myself). Thanks to the great trainer I met at MK!

Has been around 2 months of semi-personal training with MK Fitness and can say that they have really helped get to where I want to be. The staff and owner here are friendly and supportive. The space itself is clean and machines are available for trainers to teach you various workouts and techniques. Our trainer Ryan taught us how to use certain machines and feel more comfortable utilizing them on our own. He is also very responsive and pushes us to perform better each time. Customized meal plans are provided to help you get to your fitness goals. As long as you follow the meal plan and are consistent you'll see definite results. Would recommend to those just starting out with weights or who have specific health concerns.

I got injuries due to wrong posture and exercise methods. I wanted to learn how to work out, so I went to a nearby PT center that my friend introduced me.
My Trainer is an oriental medicine major, so he explains things very well. It's so nice to be able to exercise with detailed explanations such as how to use muscles, the right posture, and the cause of pain, not just exercise. I adjust my exercise intensity and movements according to my current physical condition and development, and I also communicate and track my diet and personal exercise with my trainer every day.
I used to walked for 2 hours at Disneyland and have a hard time, but I went to Disneyland for 10 hours without a problem after starting PT. 🀣

Highly recommend private training at this location especially with Henry. The trainers not only keep their clients accountable but provide sustainable results. I’ve trained with Henry and till this day am very confident at the gym alone to continue my fitness journey. MK is not just a personal training institution. I had back issue that primary doctors or acupuncture/chiropractic couldn't help. My friend recommended me of working out but I had many personal trainers before who weren't able to help me so I was very skeptical.
But MK was different. He carefully diagnosed my body and helped building a treatment plan. He is very precise and detailed trainer. He knows exactly what I'm doing wrong and made sure I use my body correctly when working out (which is really important because you may hurt yourself if you work out incorrectly). Not to mention, he gives motivation. I NEVER worked out alone but he gave me strength and confidence.
After around 2 years of training, I don't suffer from back pain anymore. My body is fit and strong. My confidence level is up. Also got myself in a routine to workout on my own.
I strongly recommend MK fitness if you are ready to take the next step to improve yourself.

16 months customer with my trainer Dusty (Dustin).
I've had personal trainer prior (24/Gold) and there is a significant with MK Fitness. The trainers are very technical and trained to read your body requirements.

MK Fitness is the best place where you can find the best trainers that can help your personal training goal. Clark and CJ Kim know what they are doing and they are active bodybuilding competitors. I go to both Buena Park and Los Angeles GYM and they are amazing. No matter what your fitness goals are they can help you achieve your goals.

The most important part to remember is to follow and learn from the person who has already achieved what you want to achieve and continue to improve for better. I found a lot of phony personal training places where their trainers are not in the best shape and claim to be a great trainer. I am a firm believer that if a trainer is not in a good shape himself/herself there is no way that person can teach you how to achieve the fitness of your dream. MK fitness all the trainers always maintain a great shape and can teach anyone how to do the same.

CJ Kim is my trainer and he is the BEST and the most challenging out of all trainers at MK fitness but it has been a very rewarding journey getting trained by him.

Half a year ago, I was a die-hard night owl with a sweet tooth who hated running. I couldn't fathom becoming one of those people who regularly gets up at 6 AM to workout.
