I've worked with multiple personal trainers in the past, and Mohammad has by far been my favorite. His approach to reaching your fitness goal is custom to you, and he clearly sets his clients up for success. He provides his clients with meal plans and workout plans to ensure they stay on track, even when they're not in the gym with him. He's always reachable by text for any questions/advice, and is great to laugh and joke with when struggling through a workout.

Could not recommend Mohammad more. If you want to see results, reach out to Mohammad!

I've been training under Mohammad Oubeid since February '19. Mohammad has helped me reach of level of strength and consistency in the gym I never thought I'd reach. He constantly pushes me out of my comfort zone and teaches me never to settle for less, and that there is always room for improvement and a chance to be better. My mental approach to the gym has shifted greatly, to the point where it's a fully integrated part of my lifestyle, something I never thought I was able to have. Zero regrets.

Mohammad is an excellent trainer. He is professional in his approach. He is very knowledgeable about the workout he has me do, and he always looking out for me to prevent short term and long term injury. He inspires me to do my best and hold me accountable to eat correctly and train on the days I don’t train with him. If you need someone to take you seriously, and truly listen to what it is you want to change or improve, then Mohammad’s the guy for you. I used to workout and powerlift on my own, and for a while I saw improvement. It wasn’t until life happened and I had to stop working out. What I gained in strength and size, that took a year, I lost in two months. I became discouraged and felt like a first timer all over again. I almost didn’t want to give it another go. Then I met Mohammad and he helped me change that all around. He effectively listened to my concerns and goals and put together a series of workouts that both challenged and awakened that spirit for weightlifting I once had. If you want that spark in you back, or ignited for the first time Mohammad’s the guy.

Mohammad was the 1st trainer I’ve ever worked with and I couldn’t of had a better experience! Dude is cool and relatable and pushes you to your best! Because of circumstances I was only there for a month but made noticeable progress. I definitely plan to go back!

I trained with Mohammad for a few months this year and had such a great experience. It was my first time working with a trainer and I was nervous because I’ve had a long standing injury but Mohammad was amazing. He made me feel super comfortable right away and really spent the time to learn about my injury and found ways to strengthen and help me get in shape and actually heal the injury instead of making it worse (as I had been doing trying to train on my own). Mohammad is really motivating and invests in his clients so I will definitely be going back for more sessions!

I’ve been to many gyms and worked with other trainers but with Mohammad i have learned proper form which has kept me healthy and able to continually work towards my goal. He is very encouraging and his work outs / meal plan are individual for my needs specifically. I would highly recommend him!

Training with Mohammad was definitely a challenge. I told him exactly where I wanted to be at the end of the 90 day challenge and he put me to work from day one. He will work with you to see where you are at physically, then will gradually increase the level of training to where you you'll have to push yourself, but it's nothing you can't handle. For those who are beginners he will explain and physically show every workout step by step to make sure you are using the right form. As long as you go in with a strong mindset, I promise you Mohammad will get you where you need to be at the end of it all. #TeamMohammad

Training with Mohammad has been challenging, informative, and fun. He takes the time to teach you the right form to make sure you are working on the right muscle groups within your personal training program. A few months after turning 40 I decided it was time to take my health seriously. Overweight and with pain in my back, knee and shoulder I knew I would need some help. I hired Mohammad to help me loose a few lbs and get “back into shape.” Mohammad did much more then that. After 5 months I’ve lost over 30lbs, dropped 10% body fat and feel in best shape of my life. Mohammad nutrition plan thought me how to fuel my body so that I can loose fat and build muscle without feeling hungry. With his help and small adjustments to my eating habits I was able to loose fat and never felt like I was on a diet. Mohammed provided me with the tools and motivation to make health and fitness a lifestyle and unlock potential that I had once thought was lost and in my past.
