I absolutely love this group! Sandy is a wonderful and engaging instructor and I enjoy meeting other moms in the area. It's great to have a place where I can workout and bring the kiddos along!

I tell my friends that Sandy is like a cheerleader, always positive, upbeat and cheery. Not only does Sandy motivate moms (of kids of all ages) in exercise but she is empathetic when it comes to parenting difficulties and knowledgeable in many areas as it pertains to child health and mother health and wellness. Momleta is more than just an exercise class…it is a community.

I worked out with Momleta after both of my children were born. The workouts were fun, and it was wonderful connecting with other moms in a similar time in life. Sandy is so warm and welcoming. Once I returned to work and couldn't attend Momleta in person I started personal training with Sandy individually. She comes to my house and we do individualized training sessions. It is awesome! I have gotten stronger and healthier working out with her. She is a great communicator and is good at tailoring workouts to whatever equipment you have or wherever you are in life. I really recommend Momleta and Sandy!

I am beyond grateful to have found Sandy and Momleta. She is an incredible person and trainer and has built the most supportive community. The classes are truly a lifeline. After having my first child during Covid, I knew I wanted a different postpartum experience with my second, so I started attending class as soon as I was able to. I wasn't prepared for how amazing the community of moms who attend Momleta would be! Sandy has cultivated the most supportive, welcoming culture. Momleta is the perfect way to get outside for a great workout, connect with other moms, socialize your kids and get a great workout.

So happy to have found Sandy and Momleta Walnut Creek! After I had my little one and faced a tough recovery I was looking for a way to get back to exercising at a pace that was realistic for me and to hopefully meet some other moms as I was new to the area. Momleta offered both! Sandy and the group are so welcoming and supportive. Sandy will always make sure you’re doing exercises that work for you and your body. The workouts are always changing and the group also plans fun mom night out events!

Momleta has been a wonderful experience for myself and my kids! Not only do I get a great work out in but my kids come too and are able to play with other kids and see me work out in a fun environment. I started attending when my oldest son was 2 months old and he's now 5 years old. It was a wonderful network of moms for me to meet when I was a new mom and still continues to be. Sandy has helped me safely and effectively workout through subsequent pregnancies, postpartum and beyond. Sandy also cultivates a comradery among the moms with moms nights out, informational speakers, play dates and a positive environment to chat with other moms. I cannot recommend Momleta enough no matter what stage of motherhood you are in!

This was such a gift to me as a new mom. Not only did I get back in shape, but I met a cohort of women going through similar struggles. This became an essential (and fun) daily routine for getting fit, playing with my baby, and getting much needed advice. Some of these ladies have become some of my closest friends and I'm so grateful for this program!

Sandy is the best- not only skilled at writing and executing tailored workouts, but patient and generous with her time during and beyond class. She has held my baby, soothed my toddler, and connected with my daughter thru all the early life stages while supporting me holistically with so much kindness and care. 150% recommend her classes! I couldn’t have survived the pandemic and early motherhood without her.

Sandy is an amazing trainer. She is so supportive and positive while pushing you to do your best. She has created the most amazing community of moms that I love to workout with. The social aspect in addition to the great workouts are what keeps me coming back to classes year after year. I have been a member for over 6 years! She also does twice a week personal training sessions for my parents and they have become stronger and regained their balance. We all really adore Sandy and highly recommend her for all ages and stages.
