**AMAZING TRAINING**SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY WONDERFUL FOR MILITARY** if you are looking for a gym to get the more personalized workout plan (including meal help, measurements and weekend team hikes) Heather is where you need to be. I had been “working out” for years in a traditional gym setting and was in decent shape so I thought. After 1 month working with Heather and learning correct form and her teaching me about proper nutrition I saw HUGE results. She is motivated, will hold you accountable and has a plethora of knowledge regarding everything your body needs to achieve YOUR specific goal. If you want someone to motivate you while absolutely changing your life when it comes to physical fitness, you have found your place here.

I loved having Heather as my coach! I live in the state of texas, so she was able to create and online program for me to follow. We had weekly touch bases and discussed and questions I had as well as celebrated my successes. She was always a text/call away if I needed anything from her. She truly cares about you on every level of life: physical, emotional and mental. She always takes the time to connect with you and pushes you to reach your goals. I wish I lived closer so I could train with her In person. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been blessed to have worked with Heather for over 4 years, through struggling with obesity, a high risk pregnancy, and back surgery and she has stuck with me through it all! Heather helped me learn that I could actually enjoy working out, and in the process she helped me get from the point where I couldn't even put on or tie my own shoes to being able to hike the aptly named Misery Ridge on a whim. She made such a huge impact on the quality of my life. I highly recommend her services. She's empathetic, but doesn't put up with nonsense, entertaining enough to get you through the worst workouts, and sensible enough to design workouts that are effective but not so brutal that you never want to return.

Heather is wonderful! Her garage gym has all of the best equipment. She has the workout ready to go when I get there and the timer is set to do 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest between sets. I can mindlessly show up and know that I’ll get a great workout in! 💪🏻

I have been working out with Heather for 2 yrs twice a week ... I love how close and super flexible she is with my schedule . I can always have a friend crash my session if I want and she is accommodating to add extra weights or set them up last min ... I have had plenty of other memberships in my life, but this is the first time I have stayed committed to going to all my appointments . I enjoy that I can choose what style workout i feel like fir the day tm some days timed work outs and body weight . Other days heavy weights we can change it up .. you won't regret working out with Heather . Also it's set up specifically for moms and excurages you to come even if you have a kid in toe ... she has always set up a mini workout for my little if I needed to bring them along . I recommend Heather she cam also set you up with a nutrition plan as well. Thanks for keeping me consistent for the last 2 yrs Heather
