Training with Sarah has been a sanity saver during the last several months. Sarah's approach and knowledge have allowed me to transition from an unsustainable, cardio heavy, all or nothing routine and mentality, to a healthier and maintainable view on strength and training. Sarah has become a permanent component in my short term fitness goals, and my long term fitness plans.

To the point review: Sarah provides constructive advisement on diet and exercise. She also structures at home workouts that are challenging but not impossible. She keeps you motivated without inflicting guilt or causing self-doubt. While shopping still stands as my drug of choice, training with Sarah is a very close second...and has made my shopping experiences more enjoyable since I look better in my clothes now!

A little bit more: I'm in my later 30s, I sit and work for anywhere between 10 to 15 hrs a day, and have family responsibilities...but my health and fitness are very important to me. Sarah understands having a busy life and provides at home workouts that I actually have time to do and can perform with or without equipment. Sarah is professional, responsive, and funny.

I've been training with Sarah for a few months now and I'm hooked! I hate working out but when I train with her I feel like the session goes by quickly and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in. She's also really knowledgeable about the body in general and has been awesome modifying my training due to past injuries and weak areas. Definitely check her out she's the best!

I have been training with Sarah for 8 months and it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. I needed to regain strength, balance and endurance. I’ve managed to reach these goals and more. I’m in my late 50s and I’m the strongest and leanest I’ve ever been in my life (I’m a long time runner). Sarah is a knowledgeable trainer and every workout has been tailored to my needs. Sarah is an incredible trainer! She really listens to your goals and needs, and creates a personalized workout that works for you. She's also very understanding and flexible, and will work around your schedule. I was sedentary for months before finding Sarah...now I actually look forward to our workouts. It can be intimidating to work out with a trainer (especially when you're not at your best) but Sarah has made me feel zero shame, and instead has made be proud of what my body can do. I've worked out with her for a few months now, and I'm already so much stronger. I also appreciate that she focuses on strength and abilities rather than the number on the scale. I am so happy my lazy butt found her!

Sarah is very interested in what your goals are. She checks in with you at each session to make sure that your goals are moving forward. I am older and she is very aware of injuries or weaknesses that I have. If something is too difficult for me, she modifies it. She mixes up the activities and the time flies during our sessions!

I came to Sarah after a year of being sick and my body chemistry was out of wack. After getting that under control, Sarah was the piece I needed to start taking care of my body.
